Austin Myers

I am a Ph.D. student in the department of Computer Science at the University of Maryland, College Park. 
I work in the Computer Vision Lab and Autonomy Robotics Cognition (ARC) Lab 
under the supervision of Yiannis Aloimonos and Cornelia Fermüller. 

Research

I am interested in researching how intelligent systems can perceive and interact with the world. 
Currently, I am working on recognizing the functions of object parts, so that robots can use the right tool for their task.
