I am a Fulbright Scholar currently pursuing my PhD in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), Atlanta-Georgia- USA. 

I am an Optics enthusiast and currently working on Biological Photonics and MEMS. My current area of research involves Optics, Photonics, Biology, Physics, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.  I joined Georgia Tech in Fall 2012.

Before joining Georgia Tech, I was employed as a Lecturer in the Electrical Engineering Department of University of Management and Technology (UMT) Lahore. I was involved as a Research Assistant at the Electrical Engineering Department of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), prior to joining UMT in 2011.

I earned my M.Sc and B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, (UET) - Lahore in 2011 and 2008 respectively.
