What it takes to become an SR

It takes your commitment to riding the entire series in one ACP calendar year!

BRM - Brevets de Randonneurs Mondiaux

200 Km – 13.5 Hrs

300 Km – 20 Hrs

400 Km – 27 Hrs

600 Km – 40 Hrs

This set of rides is called the Super Series and completing this series within the calendar year gives one the status of SR or

Super Randonneur.

That was the easy part!!

NOW to get your SR Medal, it is a tough one!!! Follow the steps listed below and be prepared to wait for up to a year to receive it!

What you need to do is download the file below (Demande_etc), fill it up with the details of your rides from the RESULTS DATA BASE and forward to your respective Organiser. (see the sample below if you have any doubts on how to fill it)

Who in turn must send it to Chiro Mitra of Delhi Randonneurs, to be compiled along with all the rest of the SR medal application  forms for the year. Then they are sent to Divya Tate, Pune Randonneurs to be sent to Jean-Gualbert of Audax Club Parisien.

He will verify the data in the forms, confirm that you are indeed a Super Randonneur and then mail the medals with the next consignment to Divya who will sort and mail them to your respective Organizer!

It's a process! And not one that can be hurried!

BUT at the end of that wait...... The Medal is worth it! :-)

AND your name goes up on the list of India's Super Randonneurs!!
