also known as the National Drivers Register

The National Driver Register (NDR) is a computer organized list about drivers from the United States. It has records on people who have had their drivers licenses suspended or revoked  for any reason, including fines owed or child support payments due... also persons who have been convicted of serious traffic violations, ie: dwi, dui of alcohol or drugs.

Each State's Motor Vehicle Bureau submits reports to the NDR with the information on people who have lost their driving privileges, or people who have been convicted of a serious traffic offense. Whenever a person applies for a drivers license, the state will run their info through the NDR.  If a person has been reported to the NDR as a problem driver, the license will be denied.

If you need to have your name removed from the National Drivers Registry,  check our MAIN PAGE for links on attorneys and lawyers in your local area and contact your State's Motor Vehicle Agency.
