Cancellation Policy

We collect a 30% deposit at the time of booking, and payment in full is due 60 days prior to your intended stay.  If booking within 60 days of your intended stay, full payment is due at that time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:  If you cancel before 90 days of your stay, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit.  If you cancel between 89 and 60 days of your stay, you will forfeit all of your deposit.. If you cancel wtihin 60 days of your stay, no refund will be given.  There are no refunds for shortened stays. There are no refunds once you have arrived.  We can not accept responsibility for the behaviour of other tenants in the area nor are we able to accept responsibility for any malfunctioning equipment that is not the property of our vacation home, nor can we accept responsibility for the weather.  Due to our strict cancellation policy, we suggest that you purchase travel insurance in case of illness, change of plans, travel problems or a possible hurricane or hurricane evacuation while you are a guest. HURRICANE: Hurricane season is from June 1 through November 30. In the event you must vacate, be evacuated or you are prohibited from entering Key West because of a mandatory hurricane evacuation order issued by the City of Key West and Monroe County you will be issued a credit for the unused portion of your stay towards a future visit within 18 months, subject to availability. There are no other warranties, owner’s liabilities or weather guarantees.
