Our registration process is very simple and will only take a few moments to complete!

Input the first and last names of each of the four members of your team and indicate the t-shirt sizes for all 4 members which you will receive in support of the fundraiser on the day of the event!

Please click here and fill out the google form to complete registration for your team!

On the day of the event, please report to the sign in desk located under the pagoda at our outdoor dojo to pick up your t-shirts and to drop off your team check. 

Each team of four members will be required to donate $100 dollars equaling $25 per person to attend!

Please Note: The check totaling $100 will be accepted only on the day of the event at registration, so please have your check ready upon arrival to make check-in as easy as possible! 

Your donations will benefit:
    - St. Judes Children's Hospital
    - Summer Camp Opportunities to Promote Education (SCOPE)
    - Global Camps Africa

Checks should be made payable to any of the three organizations in support of our cause.

No checks will be accepted that are made payable to Hoover Karate Academy, we ask that your donation is directed straight to each of these three worthy charities!
