Marching Band Permission Slips, Medical Forms, and Handbooks


All members of the Marching Band are required to bring the following signed forms to the first day of Band Camp as required by the School District:
  1. Field Trip Permission Slips
  2. Medical Info and Release Form
  3. Last Page of Marching Band Handbook
  4. Media Release Form
  5. Consent to Random Drug Test (New Members only)

2016-2017 Marching Band Leadership Applications
If you are applying for a leadership position in the 2016-2017 Marching Band, you must fill out the application below. Hard Copies will be available in the band room on Monday, May 16 but if you would like to get a head start, feel free to print the form or "copy" into your Google Drive by clicking "File -> Copy to Drive"




Hardcopy of application is due to Mr. Hecht no later than May 23rd

Interviews are on May 26th after school!
