MB: August 3, 2017 Update

A Few Reminders:

1. All forms are due. You can find them below or by clicking here. Please bring them to the next rehearsal

2. Mind Band Camp Rehearsal Schedule
    • Thursday, 8/17, 6-8pm: New Members/Leaders
    • Friday, 8/18, 5-9pm: All Members
3. Band Parent Meeting on Wednesday, 8/16 at 7:30pm.
At 8:30pm, all parents and members will join for a mandatory full band meeting to discuss the handbook, the season, and band camp. 

4. All warms ups should be practiced/memorized for next rehearsal

5. Reminder of the schedule change: Harvest Festival is now October 15


...and hey! great news! - we will now communicate through "band@ufrsd.net" - easy to remember - easy to hear - easy to communicate! Wow! Thanks to the AHS tech department for setting that up! 




Marching Band Permission Slips, Medical Forms, and Handbooks


All members of the Marching Band are required to bring the following signed forms to the first day of Band Camp as required by the School District:
  1. Field Trip Permission Slips
  2. Medical Info and Release Form
  3. Last Page of Marching Band Handbook
  4. Media Release Form
  5. Consent to Random Drug Test (New Members only)
  6. Payment Form
