With this idea kindling in mind, our school is one of the proud recipients of grant of rupees 20 lakhs from NITI Aayog AtalTinkering mission for establishment of Atal tinkering lab in our school. As the stepping stone for this establishment and to enforce scientific temperament in students , our school had the privilege of having Mr. Dhananjay V. Gadre ,Associate Professor Electronics and Communication Engineering Division, NSIT  (Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology), New Delhi, on 6 May 2017, Saturday for HANDS ON ACTIVITIES IN SCIENCE for students of class VIII-XII. The event marked the inaugural of Atal Tinkering lab in our school. The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp followed by the formal welcome of Mr. Gadre and his team by Madam Principal. Mr. Gadre who is also the mentor for our school in establishment of Atal tinkering lab, introduced the students to the new dimensions of Arduino boards, Raspberry boards and other innovative projects created by him,. Students also learnt about the Faradays Law of electromagnetic induction and its application in day to day life. They were enthralled to see their creativity in action. Mr. Gadrealso motivated the students to be creative and observant. The session culminated with the exuberance of young scientists as they witnessed the creativity in action.
