  • 8v8, field shorted in between restraining lines, full size box, full size width of a regular field (offense can spread out similar to a real game), with room before between sideline and netting to ensure athlete safety.
  • 80 yard by 60 yard field - shorter field creates more transition and ball movement - more touches for each athlete.  Normal width field allows the offense to spread out and move the ball more realistically to an outdoor game.
