Academic Appointment

I am an associate professor in the Philosophy Department at Dalhousie University. My areas of specialization are in animal (bio)ethics, naturalized epistemology, neuroethics, and the philosophy of animal behaviour and cognition. Though my teaching interests reflect my specializations, I also enjoy teaching courses in applied ethics, Asian philosophies, bioethics, and the philosophy of religion.

This website contains pages that reflect my current research, recent courses, and personal interests. If you would like a copy of my c.v., please see the attached file on my 'Research statement' page.
