Read Local - Westford Authors Book Sale sponsored by the Westford Historical Society
Books will be available for purchase ($15) at this free event or you may bring your copy to be signed.
16 authors are expected and books by a number of other local authors will also be available for sale.


FEBRUARY
Thursday, February 9, 2012 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Westford Museum, 2 Boston Road, Westford, MA
Evening reading and authors talk as part of Westford's Buy Local - Write Local Writers' Discussion Series. This will be the non-fiction night and I will be presenting with Nadine Briggs, author of "How to Make and Keep Friends: Tips for Kids to Overcome 50 Common Social Challenges." There will be different speakers each Thursday in February.

Saturday, February 11, 2012. Time 1:00 and 4:00

Savvy Tea Gourmet, 28 Durham Road (Station Square), Madison, CT
I am very excited to spend a day at Connecticut Magazine's pick for best afternoon tea. I'll be around signing books from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.  At 1:00 and again at 4:00 I'll be doing a brief talk and reading. Consider making plans to attend the reading AND STG's Valentine's Tea at 2:00 p.m. You'll enjoy tiered trays of  finger sandwiches and European pastries and enjoy 6 different teas, along with quiches and scones, with clotted cream and English jams. The readings are free, but the afternoon tea is $35 per person. Reservations are required for the tea, but not for the readings.
Books will be available for purchase at the event or you may bring your copy to be signed.


Saturday, February 25 and Sunday, February 26, 2012. Time 1:00 - 2:30 p.m.
NY Coffee and Tea Festival, 7W - 7 W 34th Street, New York, NY
I will be making an appearance at the NY Coffee and Tea Festival at the TEA A Magazine table from 1 - 2:30 each day. Books will be for sale for $15. There will be a special show price of $12 if you also subscribe or renew your subscription to TEA A Magazine during that time. I will also be available to sign books if you have already purchase a copy. I look forward to seeing you there! (The full show runs from 11 - 5 each day.)


MARCH
Friday, March 2, 2012. Time 3:00 p.m.
The Book Rack Bookstore, 52 State Street, Newburyport, MA
This afternoon tea event will feature a reading and author talk along with refreshments. Tickets are $20 and include a signed copy of "A Tea Reader." RSVP to info(at)bookrackbookstore(dot)com by February 27.

The Mad Hatters Tea Party is a fundraiser to support the work of the Saxton B. Little Free Library. The afternoon will include a authors talk/reading and book signing, refreshments, hat contests and more. Ticket information will be announced soon.
