Blueberry Pudding Ice Cream


What you'll need:

  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups cool whip
  • 1/2 102g box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup blueberries


Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the blueberries with an electric mixer until fully combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker, and process according to manufacturer's instructions. About 5 minutes before the ice cream is done, add in the blueberries. 
  3. When the ice cream is done, pour into an airtight container, and freeze until ready to serve.
