The Order of Cú Chulainn

The Order of Cú Chulainn Award is the highest award that can be awarded to any leader in the Scouting Ireland. In order to receive this award the recipient has to be nominated by a fellow Scouter in recognition of their many years of dedication, commitment, selfless effort to scouting at local, county, provincial and national level.

The Order of the Silver Wolfhound

The Order of the Silver Wolfhound was the highest award a person could achieve in the former association of Scouting Ireland (CSI). It was at the sole discretion of the Chief Scout who looked at the service, dedication and commitment to scouting at a local, regional or national level for the individual Scouter. You could not apply for this award and that is what makes it so special for all who achieve it.
