Suspend (Lost/Stolen) How To - Siebel


While suspended the customer will keep phone number
Auto Top-Ups will continue. [If customer is currently on one, suggest to temporarily deactivate card]
Any credit card on the account will stay on file 
After 60 days the account will expire and number will be lost

How to suspend Lost/Stolen phone

  • Validate customer account - Phone Number & Account PIN
  • Click "Quick Balance"
  • Click "Get Update"
  • On the View list, click drop down arrow (far right) and select "Account Maintenance" view.
  • Click Lost/Stolen Phone
  • Click "Suspend Customer for Lost Phone"
  • Disposition the call in Contact History
