- While suspended the customer will keep phone number
- Auto Top-Ups will continue. [If customer is currently on one, suggest to temporarily deactivate card]
- Any credit card on the account will stay on file
- After 60 days the account will expire and number will be lost
How to suspend Lost/Stolen
- Validate customer account - Phone Number & Account PIN
- Click "Quick Balance"
- Click "Get Update"
- On the View list, click drop down arrow (far right) and select "Account Maintenance" view.
- Click Lost/Stolen Phone
- Click "Suspend Customer for Lost Phone"
- Disposition the call in Contact History
