Validate customer account - Phone Number & Account PIN
- Select Network Provisioning
- Select Change Phone/Change Cell Number
- Enter new zip code and
- Select Check Coverage Area
- If coverage is good, select the appropriate button to Change Cell # - same
CSA (zip code) or Change Cell # - new CSA (zip code)
- Assist customer with programming phone
- Disposition the call in Contact History
