Change MIN or Phone Number

If a Lifeline customer, requests for a phone number change, that is different from their current zip code, will it affect their account?

Validate customer account - Phone Number & Account PIN
  1. Select Network Provisioning
  2. Select Change Phone/Change Cell Number
  3. Enter new zip code and
  4. Select Check Coverage Area
  5. If coverage is good, select the appropriate button to Change Cell # - same CSA (zip code) or Change Cell # - new CSA (zip code)
  • Assist customer with programming phone
  • Disposition the call in Contact History
