Mark Rose’s very fancy garage contains a prized 1967 Camaro. This home has two water features—one, a water wall. The open floor plan includes a limestone floor bordering the wool carpet, defining the space, creating a warm and inviting kitchen/family room. With its wood ceilings and earth tones, the sleek kitchen exudes sophistication. The chef is from the new Trader Joe’s in South Salem, and Jeanne Griggs of Classic Interiors is providing the table display. You’ll want to stop in the driveway as you depart the home for an ice cream bar from the Home Sponsor, Umpqua Bank.
