The Michigan League for Human Services has released its 2009 filing season edition of “Money Back in Michigan.” Many of you may be familiar with the info packet on the following link http://milhs.org/Media/EDocs/EITCForFiling2009.pdf, which provides information on federal and state tax credits and deductions that are available to low-income workers. Please distribute this packet to others who find it useful, including sending this link out to your listserves and networks if appropriate. Feel free also to make photocopies as desirable. We would like to see as many working families as possible take advantage of the tax credits available to them, including the brand-new state earned income credit.
If you have any questions about this information, please contact Peter Ruark at email@example.com or phone at 517-487-5436.
