Dark Chocolate Brownie Mousse Parfaits
A Sprinkle of This and That recipe
1 box of brownie mix (I used a dark chocolate brownie mix)
1 envelope of Dream Whip Whipped Topping Mix
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 pkg Jello Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
Make brownies according to package. Let cool.
For the mousse, mix the contents of the whipped topping envelope with 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Beat on high for 4-5 minutes or until mixture forms peaks.
In a separate bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups of milk with the pudding mix. Beat for about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the whipped topping mixture.
Use on cooled brownies or refrigerate until ready to use.
To assemble, layer a square piece of brownie topped with mousse into a glass. Add sixlets and pirouette cookies to embellish.
