A Sprinkle of This and That recipe

2-3 lb brisket

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp celery seed

1/8 tsp pepper

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup chili sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 Tbsp vinegar

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke

1/2 tsp dry mustard

1 package of Texas style toast, cooked

Mix together chili powder, garlic powder, celery seed and pepper.  Rub mixture over the meat.

Place brisket into crock pot.

Mix together ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke and dry mustard.  Pour this mixture over the brisket.

Set your crock pot on low and cook for 8-10 hours.  Remove and slice across the grain.  Put slices a top cooked Texas style toast.  Use the remaining juices to ladle over the sliced meat.  Serve.
