We will be having our first meeting at 6:00 pm on Thursday, March 8 in BH 325. If we aren't in there, I will leave a note on the door and we should be near by. I will bring my toolbag, Dremmel tool, and some building supplies. It would be great if everyone could contribute something. Whether you bring a hot glue gun or balsa wood, there are a lot of things that we are going to need and it would be awesome if everyone could bring in a little something. Bring whatever could be used for your idea of another source of energy.
UPDATE ON THE CARS:
So right now, I have an electric car with switches to start and stop it. We have (hopefully) the Chem-E car to act as the starting car in our relay. And, Anthony has a car that we are going to try to push with magnets. We still need a fourth vehicle to participate in the relay. I would also like to have a spare car because, as we all know, projects tend to go haywire on the big day.

That's the presentation I gave at the meeting before the break. It should be a good reminder of what competitions are available as well as provide links to more information. As a side note, there is a calendar on the homepage of our website. I will try to keep all of our meetings on there. So if you forget where or when, just check out our website. I think I can also send out reminders via Google calendar, in which case everyone will get a reminder about the meeting later this week.
