Sawal:- Qurbani ke janwaro me aqeeqe aur qurbani dono ki neeyat karna kaisa? Jawab:- Qurbani ke janwar ke agar kahi hisse ho (maslam bail ya gaye) aur un me chand hisse me qurbani ki niyyat aur chand me aqeeqe ki niyyat ho to aisa karna durust hai. Aur agar ek bakri ho jis me qurbani aur aqeeqe dono ki niyyat kare to aqeeqa aur qurbani dono bhi na hongi. Isi tarah Barhe janwar ke EK hi hisse me dono ki niyyat ki jaye to bhi ada nahi hoga. 
Sawal:- Mera sawal Mufti sahab se ye hai ke fiqhe shafaee me ager kisi bande ki mani nikli aur usne gusl se pahele taqriban 40 kadam chala uske bad us ne peshab bhi kiya phir gusl liya uske baad dobara thodi peshab ki jagha se koi cheez nikli to kya hukm honga.....? Jawab:- mazi ya wadi ho sakta hai. Jis ke nikalne se gusl wajib NAHI hota. Kyonke woh na paak hai isliye jaha jaha lag gaya ho waha dhoya jaye. 
Sawal:- Fiqhaye shafaee me haath aur pair ke naakhon kaatne ka sunnat tarika kya hai? Jawab:- PAIRON KE NAKHOON KATNE KA TAREEQA:-  Pairon ke nakhoon katne ka tareeqa ye hai ke seedhe pair ki choti ungli se nakhoon katna shuru kare aur angoothe par khatm kare phir ulte pair ke angoothe se nakhoon karna shuru kare aur choti ungli par khatam kare. IMPORTANT:- Pairon ke nakhoon katne me Hanafi ka tareeqa bhi yahi hai HAATHO KE NAKHOON KATNE KA TAREEQA:- Hatho ke nakhoon tarashne ka shafaee tareeqa ye hai ke Seedhe hath ki shahadat ki unguli se nakhoon kaatna shuru kar ke tarteeb ke sath choti ungli (chingli)tak kate aue phir seedhe hath ke angoothe ka nakhoon kaate. Phir ulte hath ke choti ungli se shuru karke angoothe tak tarteeb se nakhoon kate. IMPORTANT:- Hatho ke nakhoon katne me Hanafi aur Shafaee me ikhtalaaf hai. 
Sawal:- Hanafi Imam ke piche Fajr namaaz padte waqt 2ri rakat main Ruku se uthne ke baad kya Dua padni hogi ya phir Imam ki ita'at karni padegi . Islah farmaye Jawab:- Dua e qunut padna namaz e fajr me sunnat yaani jan bhuj kar tark karne par bhi namaz durust hoti hai. Qunoot k sawab se mahroom rah jayenge. Emaam Hanafi ho ya shafaed uske peeche namaz padne wala ek shafaee Duay e qunut pad kar agar imam k pehle sajde se sar utane se peh sajde me ypeshani rakh sate hai to qunut pade aur sajada kare. Aur agar mukammal qunut pad na sake to ko choti dua aur drood pad kar sajde me shamil ho jaye ya imam ki iqtidame qunoot pade bagair imam k saat sajad kare. In teenon suratoon me imam k salam pherne ke bad sajda e sahv karna sunnat hai. Emam ki iqtida me namaz padne wala emam par sajada e sahv lahiq hone par sajad karega agarcha emam sajd na kiya ho. 
SAWAL:- FIQAE SHAFAI ME GUSL KE AHKAAM JAWAB:- ehtiyat ke saath Wajib gusl karte waqt kan me pani chala jaye to rooza nahi tootta. Agar Bagair ehtiyat se gusl karte waqt chalajaye to roza toot jata hai. Isi tarah sunnat gusl karte waqt bhi pani ka kan me jana . Lekin rasmi gusl (rozana job k liye jane se pehle nahane ki adat ya job se aane k bad nahane ki adat ko rasmi gusl kehte hai yani na hi wajib gusl na hi sunnat gusl)karte waqt pani kan wagaira me chale jaye to roza toot jata hai agarcha ba ihtiyat gusl kiya ho. 
SAWAL:- 17 pare mai imame shafai k nazdiq sajdae tilawat hai aur 23 pare mai sajdae tilawat nai sajdae shukr hai is ki wajahat kare. JAWAB:- 17 para me yek sajada hai hanafi ke nazdik sajada nahi hai .shafaee ke nazdik sajada hai.shafaee ki iqtida me namaz taravi padne wala hanafi imam ki ita'at me sajads karega. 23 para me jo sajada hai us ke bare shafayoon ka kahna hai k ye sajada sajd e shukr hai sajaday e shukr namaz me karne se namaz batil hojati hai.isliye hanafi emam ki iqtida me padne wala shafaee sajda na kare agarcha imam sajda kare.is jagah hanafi ki iqtida me sajda kare to namaz bati ho jayegi. Hanafi emam ko chaeye k wo is waqt sajde k bajaaye rukoo kare take shafaee muqtadi mubtilat r namaz murtakib na bane . Hanafi imam rukoo karte waqt namaz k rukoo aur sajd e tilawat ki niyat kare. 
SAWAL:- Hazrat imam e shafi ke mazhab me sans mahram h ya na mahram....kay sans ko chone se wazu baqi rahta h JAWAB:- Sans mehram hai.sans ko chone se wazu toot'ta nahi. yaad rakhe na mohram ko choone se wuzoo toot jaata hai...aur biwi ko chune se bhu wuzoo toot jaata hai 
SAWAL:- SHAFAI ME ROZE KI HALAT ME SURMA AUR KOI BHI KHUSHBOO LAGANE KE KYA EHKAAM HAI? JAWAB:- Fajar sadiq k bad surma lagana khilaful awla hai itar(kisi bhi qism ka khusbo) lagana kara'at hai sahri ke waqt itar lagana sunnat hai Har roze keliye fajrussadiq se pehle hi niyyat karna zaroori hai. Behtar hai iftar ke fouran baad agle din ke roze ki niyyat karle Sunnat ye hai ke teen martaba niyyat kar le:- 1)iftar ke fouran bad 2)sone se pehle 3)sehri ke baad 
SAWAL:- Agar Koi Banda Namaz k liye haath bandhe Aur uske kareeb hi dusra banda buland awaaz se Quran shareef ki tilwat kar raha ho toh... Uss Quran shareef padhne wale ko kya hukm hoga ? Kya use uski awaz kam karni hogi ? Ya use gunah bhi ho sakta hai ?? JAWAB:- awaz kam karna hoga warna agr namazi ko waswasa ho raha hai is soorat me guna hoga. 
Sawal:-Vitr ki duaon aur sunnato ko bayan kare. Ye jo dua(tabeeh) hai yeh hanafiyo ke nazdeek taravee ki dua hai. Na cheez ne shafaee kitabo me ye dua taravee k bad padhi jani wali duaoon me na paya hai. Ye nacheez ke kam ilmi ka sabab ho sakta hai agar ise kisee kitab me taraveeh bad padi jani wali dua me paye to ittila kare. mufti sahab ka message on taraweeh ki dua which is usually recited after every fourth rakaat in taraweeh Is me pehla jumla yaani subhanal malikil quddoos ko shafee maslak mutabik namaze vitr se salam pernek bad padi jati hai k ye sunnat hai. Wo bhi teen martaba padna sunnat hai .us me se do martabah past awaz se aur teesre martaba bulan awaz se pade teeno ke teen martaba buland awaz se padna na durust hai. SAWAL:- Isha ki namaz jamat se nahi padh saka toh vitr jamat se padh sakta hai kya aur vitr ki imamat kare toh kya masla hai? Jawab:: shafaee mazab ke mutabik isha ki namaz jamat se na pade tab bhi vitr ki jamaat sunnat hai. Jab jamaat kar sakta hai imaamat karne bhi koyi haraj nahi hai. Yaad rakhe hanafi mazhab me is masale me ikhtalaaf hai ke agar isha ki jamat na mili to witr jamaat ke saath nahi parh sakta 
SAWAL:- Zakat sirf ramzan Me hi de sakte he ya phir pure saal me kabhi bhi ada kar sakte hai? Aur car me jo paisa laga hai uspar zakat wajib hai ke nahi? JAWAB:- Jis tarah kapde wa bartan me zakat nahi hai usi tarah car me zakat nahi hai Amount hat me aane k bad jab ek sal huwa to zakat waji hota hai. Muharam k aaya to dusre muharram zakat wajib hoga Zakat wajib hone ke bad zakat ki adaayigi me taakheer karn haram hai 
Sawal:- mufitane ikraam is bare me kya farmate hai ke mayyat ki namaz gaibana ada ki ja sakti hai? Jawab : shafaee me mayyit ki namaz gayibaan ada ki jaa sakti hai.

Ham shafaeyoon k nazdeek suntoo me iysi sunnate hai use sunan-e-ab'az kahte hai.uske tark par sajada sunnat .yek jagah me sajada sahv karna wajib hai wo ye hai k emaam sahab me koyi sajada la'iq ho jaye aur emam khud sajda sahv kiya yaani imaam ki ittiba me sajda e sahv wajib ho jayega 
Sawal : -Cheek aane par agar zubaan kat jaye toh roza rahta hai ya makru ho jata hai?. Jawab : roza rahta hai aur makrooh bhi nahi hota 
Sawal :aurat haiz se paaki ka gusl lene se pahle roza ki niyat se sehri karle baad mein gusl kare to kya woh roza maqbool e bari taala hoga? Jawab:- Roza durust hai .maqbool hojayega. Fajr sadiq se thoda pehle hi agar khoon band hojaye to roza nakhna wajib hai .Sehri khali aur agar sehri kha nahi sakhte to niyyat kar le.gusl kar ke niyyat karne ki miqdar waqt nahi mila to gusl se pehle niyyat karna wajib hai. 
Sawal :: Thook nigalne se roze ki sehat par asar padega? Jawab:- kuch farak nahi padhega. 
Sawal: - Biwi se bosokanar karne par roza toot jata hai? Jawab: - Roza toot nahi jata lekin bagair shahwat bosokanara karahat aur agar shahwat ke sath ho to haram hai. Yaad rakhe Mani nikalne par roza toot jaenga 
Sawal:- Shafai mai kaffara ka kya Masala hai aur agar koi ujr par Roza na rakh sake toh fidiya ka kya masla hai? Jawab:- Uzr se roza nahi rakh saka. Uzr agar zayil hone wala ho to uzr zayil ho jaye to roze ki qaza ada kare kaffara nahi.Aur agar uzr zael hone wala na ho jaisa k burhape aur aisi bimari jis se sihat yab hone ki ummeed na ho to roza na rakhe aur har roz ke badle 650 gm anaaj faqeer wa miskeen ko dena honga. Ise fidya bola jata hai . Fidya me ek mudd yani 650gm dena hai. Fidya dene ke bad agat roza rakhne ke qabil bane tab bhi roza rakhna zaroori nahi. Haamila ya dood wali aurat agar bacche ko nuqsan pahunchane ke dar se agar roza na rakhe to har din ke liye 650 gm anaj de aur baad me roza qaza adaa kare. Aur hamila ya dood filane wali aurt khud ko nuqsan pahunchne se dar jaye to sirf roze ko qaza ada karnahoga kaffara nahi rayega. 
Sawal: - Maslak e Shafaee se Attahiyat ki jagah sahwan Surah Fatiha parhi to kya namaz baatil hogi ya sajda e sahw se theek hogi ya fir dohrani padegi? Jawab : agar jaan bhuj kar bhi padhi to namaz batil nahi hogi. Magar Surat pad kar salam phere attahyat na padhe to attahyat na padhne ki wajah se namaz bati ho gayi. Jan bhuj kar ho ya bhool kar soorah ko qiyam ke ilawa jagah par padne se masalan ruku ya sajda ya attahyaat me to sajde sahu karna sunnat hai. 
Sawal:- Aurat ke pistan agar doodh munh me aagaya to kya hukm hai(shauhar keliye.)? Jawab:- Roze ke halat me doodh nigalne se roza toot jata hai. Pistan ko roze ki halat me mooh me shahwat ke sath rakhna karahat hai. Roza na hone ki soorat me koi haraj nahi. 
Sawal:- Fidye mai anaj se murad gehu hai ya koi bhi cheez ada kare? Jawab:- Fidye me anaaj se murad gehu aur chawal jaise roz marra ki zindagi me jo cheez fidya dene wale ke ilaqe me geeza ke tour par khai jaati hai us anaj ko dena hai misal ke taur par mumbai wa atraf me chaval aur ghew fidya ke tour par de sakte hai ...

JAAN BUJH KAR GUSL KO TAAKHIR KARNA BHI GUNAH NAHI .GUSL NA KARNE K SABAB NAMAZ FAJR QAZA HO JAYE TO GUNAH HOGA. WARNA BEHTAR HAI FAJR SADIQ SE PEHLE HI NAHA LE. 
Sawal:- Kya fajr ki farz namaz ke baad fajr ki sunnat ada ki jasakti hai? JAWAB: FAJR KI SUNNT HI KYA DOOSRI QAZA SUNNAT HO MUQARRARA WAQT WALI HAR FARZ AUR SUNNAT KI QAZA PADH SAKTE HAI PHIR FAJR KI SUNNAT KI KYA BAT WO ADA HI HAI .QAZA NAMAZ ADA KAR SAKTE HAI TO ADA NAMAZ K BARE ME KAHNE KI KOYI ZAROORAT HI NAHI. 
Sawal:- ramdan me vitar namaj jamat se padhna sunnat hai leki muatakif ko kya karna chahiye kyunke woh raat me tasbih ki namaz tahajjud se pahle padhna chahta hai joke raat ki aakhri namaj vitar hai? JAWAB:- RAT KI AAKHIR NAMAZ VITR HONA BEHTAR HAI. AGAR TAMAM MU'ATAKIF YE TAI KARE K NAMAZ VITR RAT KI AAKHIRI NAMAZ KARE TO KOYI HARAJ NAHI JAMAAT BHI MIL SAKTI HAI. 
Sawal:- Kabhi aisa bhi hota ke roza ki halat me ultee hoti he,to kya roja toot jata hai? Sawal:- Jaan bujh ker ulti nikale to roza tut jata hai? bagair ikhtiyar ulti aagayi to roza nahi jata? Jawab:- Khudse hone wali ulti se roza nahi tootta .us ke pil se ulti hojaye to roza toot jata hai. Brush karte waqt halq tak brush gaya ulti hogayi to toza gaya . Bimari k wajah se ulti huee to roza nahi toot jata 
Sawal:- Vitr ki namaz kya sirf ek rakaat padhne Padhna sahi hai? Kaafi log isha ki namaz ke baad ek rakaat vitr padhte hain. Rahnumai farmayen kya yeh sahi hai? Jawab: - Vitr ki namaz zyada se zyafa 11 rak'at hai. Kam se kam ek rak'at .lekin bagai zaroorat 3 se kam padna karahat hai. Ek ra'at par iktipa karna jayiz hai.vitr ada ho jats hai. Karahat bachte huye 3padna sunnat. Vitr ek pade to vitr durus hai. Bagair zaroorat ek padna padna karahat hai guna nahi 
Sawal:- Roze ki halat me colgate laga sakte hain ya nahin? Jawab:- Behtar hai na lagaye Colgate lagane me koyi mumaniyat nahi hai albatta bagair zaroorat Colgate lagane se bachna behtar hai. 
Sawal : Aksar aisa hota hai ke mohalle ki masjid se pahle kahi aur se azaan ki awaz aati hai har jagah waqt ka farq hota hai aise halaat me aftaar ka kya hukm hai? Jawab : aftaar azan par depend nahi hai.waqt hone par depend hai. waqt hone ke bare yaqeen hogaya to aftaar kar sakte hai azaan ho ya na ho. Agar azaan waqt hone se pehle di jarahi ho to us par aftaar kiaya to roza batil hojayega. kahi ki bhi azaan ho 
Sawal:- jamaat ke bagair uzr e sharaee ki bunyad par munfarid namaz padh sakte hain?. Jawab:- tanha namaz pad na karahat hai. Bagair e uzr e sharaee jamaat tarak karna karahat hai. namaz ho jayegi. Gunah nahi hoga lekin us ki gawahi qabool nahi ki jayengi. Agar kisi city ya village me jamaat k saat b nahi huee tamaam long guna honge 
Sawal:: Maslak e imam SHAFAEE se daadhi ki lambai kitni hai? Jawab :: daadhi ko mondvana yani cheelna gunah hai (pathul mueen) Dadhi is tarah katrvana ke deekhne walo ko samajme na aye k monda hai ya nahi us ka bhi hukum mondne ka hai. Jitana ho sake utna rakhe gunah se bachch jayenge . Behtar hai ek mutti rakhe jo ke sunnat hai. 
Sawal:- Aisa paijama yaa tehband jo phataa ho use pahankar namaz hogi? Jawab:- Naf aur gutne darmiyani hissa dikhayi deta hai to namaz nahi hongi warna ho jayegi 
Sawal:- zohar ki namaz me do rakaat hone par Tahhiyat me tashahhud hi padhna hai ya Darood bhi? Jawab : pehle qaada me tahyat padne k bad durood padna hai. Pehle qaada karna us me tahyat padna tahyat ke baad dorood aap sallahu alaihi wasllam padna sunan e ab'al me se hai 
Sawal:- MANGNI KE BAAD ME LADKA LADKI KA AAPAS ME BAAT CHEET KARNA KAISA HAI? Jawab:- Gair aurat se baat karna haram hai. Nikaah se gair aurat zouja banjati hai . Nikah se pehle wo gair aurat hi hai. Gair aurat se bat karne ka hukm hi hoga agarcha mangni huyi ho.

Woh kis tarah hilaya ye hame hamare ustad batana chahiye aur un ko unke ustad is tarah sahabi tak sahabi ko huzoor sallallahu alaihi wa sallam ne sikhaya. Ungli ko hilana to hai lekin kaisa hilana. gol bhi hilana hilana hi hai , aad me hilana bhi hilana hai , upar neeche hilana bhi hilana hai. Lekin huzoor sallallahu alaihi wa sallam ne kistsrah ungli ko hilaya is ko hame janne keliye huzoor ko namaz padhte huwe dekhne walon se seekhna hoga ya dekhne walon ke dekhne walo ko dekh kar seekhna hoga. Is tarah dekha jaye to ummat e muhammadiyya ke andar jo tareeqa rayij hai wahi dar haqeeqat saheeh hoga aur woh hai ek martaba shahadat ki ungli ko niche se upar utha kar hilaye. Hamare is hilane me ham ne hamare pichlon ki pairwi ki hai. Ahl e hadeeth walon ke liye koyi sanad nahi. Keetab dekhi kuch ka kuch samajh liya aur amal kiya. 
Sawal:- Kuch Masail me imam ke qaul ek dusre se eakdam mukhalif hai to unki takleed chodh kar kis hadeth par amal kiya jaye? Isi tarah hanfiyo ke nazdeek kasar 92km per hai. Shafaeyo me 132km per hai. Hanafi bhi ek khuda ek quran ek Rasul (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) ko mante hai aur shafaee bhi..... Phir in me ikhtilaf Q....? Hukm sab ek Q nahi? Aur kahi masle hai jisme kafi ikhtilafaat hai..... Hame to Quran aur hadees kafi honi chahiye?... Kisi imam ki kya zarorat?.... Inhi me ikhtilaf hai to ye kya sahi raha dhikhayenge? Jawab:- Koi imamo ki taqleed chod kar agar sirf hadees par amal karna chahega tab bhi woh taqleed kiye bina nahi rah sakta. Is liye ke woh jis hadis par bagaer taqleed ke amal kar raha hai kya use maloom hai ke woh hadees qabile amal hae? Agar haan, to sawal yeh hai ke use kaise maloom hua? Agar yeh kahe ke muhaddiseen ne kaha to ye muhaddisin ki taqlid hui ke nahi. Aur agar kahe ke us ne khud taheqeeq ki hae ke wo hadees sahi hae to ham kahenge ke hadees ko sahih ya hasan ya zaif kahena khud taqleed hae. Isliye ke quran o hadees me yeh qismen nahi batai gai balke baad ke muhaddiseen ne yeh qismen nikali hai. Kisi rawi ke siqah hone ki kya sharait haen? Is me bhi muhaddiseen ka ikhtelaf hai aap ke nazdiq kya sharait hai ye aapko quran o hadees se batane honge agar kisi muhaddis ki kitab se bataya to ye taqleed hi hogi. Isi tarha hadees ki sehat o zoaf me bhi muhaddiseen ka ekhtelaf hota hai. Lehaza yeh manna padhega ke taqleed se chhutkara nahi hai to kiyun na char imamon hi ki taqlid ki jae jin ki taqleed par ijma hae. Fiqhi ikhtelafaat zahemat nahi rahemat hae. Lehaza ikhtelaf jitna ziyada hoga rahemat bhi utni hi zyada hogi. Zahemat to aqide ke ikhtelaf me hai. Is liye ke jab koi kisi qatai aqeede me ikhtelaf karta hai to woh ya to kafir ho jata hae ya gumrah. Aur jitne bhi batil firqe bane, aqeede me ikhtelaf ki wajah se bane. Aur fiqhi ekhtelaf to sahaba ke darmiyan bhi the. Baaz auqaat rasulullah sallallahu alaehi wasallam ko bataya gaya ke fulan mas-ale me sahaba ka ikhtelaf hua to is par aap ne ikhtelaf karne walon me se kisi ko bhi nahi bura kaha. Hazrate zaid aur hazrate ibne abbas رضي الله تعالي عنهم Ke bich haj ke baaz masail me ikhtilaf tha. Hazrate ibne abbas aur hazrate moawiya رضي الله تعالي عنهم Ke beech me witr ki namaz ke tariqe me ikhtilaf tha. Zakat ke nisab ke bare me hazrate abuzar gifari Aur aam sahaba ka darmayan ikhtelaf tha. Yeh sare ikhtelaf bukhari me marwi haen. Sahih Hadise marfoo me hae: اذا حكم الحاكم فاجتهد فان اصاب فله اجران و ان اخطأ فله اجر.(رواه الستة) Jab hakim ijtehad se faesla kare to woh durust ho jae to us ke liye do ajr haen aor agar woh khata kare to uske liye ek ajr hae. Agar fiqhi ikhtelaf zehmat hota to khata par bhi sawab nahi hota. Gair muqallid char imamon ki taqleed ka to inkar karte hain magar woh khod quraan o hadees par amal karne ke dawe ke bawajood apne maulwiyon ke fatwon par amal karte hain. "Fatawa Nazeeriya" "Fatawa Sanaiya" " Fatawa ahle hadees" fataea salfiya" wagaira na quraan hai na hadees, bawajood is ke yeh log in fatwon ki kitabon ko chhap kar phela rahe hain. Yeh log khud bhi apne maulwiyon ki taqleed karte hain aut dusron se bhi karwate hain. Agar ham sawal karen to kahete hain ke hamare maulwiyon ne quran o hadees ke mutabiq fatwe diye hain is liye un ke fatwon ki kitabon par ham amal karte hain. Ham bhi to yahi kahete hain ke char imamo ne quraan o hadis ke mutabiq fatwe diye haen to un ki taqlid haqiqat me kitab o sunnat par amal karna hai. 
Sawal:- Hazrate Imame Shafai k nazdiq Namaze janaza ka ky masail hai? Jawab:- Agar janaza saamne ho to yu niyyat kare ke is janaze par farz allah tala ke waste ada karta hu. Fouran takbeer e tahreema bandhe. Janaze ki namaz me farz kifaya ki nayyat karne ki zaroorat nahi hai sirf farz ki kafi hai jaisa ke panjagana namaz farz ain hai lekin us me farz ain ki niyyat ki zaroorar nahi sirf farz ki karni hogi. Panjaga farz ain hai Aur namaz janaza farz kifaya hai. Isi tarah jumua ke din zohar ke badle namaz e jumua farz ain hai. 
Sawal:- Fajr mai kisi ko duain kunoot na aati ho ya aadhi aati ho to akela namaz ada kar raha ho to kya aadhi padhe ya na padhe aur agar na padhe to kya sajda e sahu wajib honga ya nahi? kya bina duain kunut akele mai namaz ada ki to kya namaz hongi ya nahi? Jawab:- Duain qunoot me se Jitni aaye utni hi padhe aur sajd e sahu kare. Aur dua e qunoot agar bilkul na padhe tabhi namaz ho jayegi. Kyonke dua e qunoot sunnat hai. Sunnat ko tark kare tabbhi namaz durust hai. Lekin dua e qunoot ke sawab se mahroom rah jayenga. 
Sawal:- Agar imaam hanafi hai aur unse Koi galati ho gayi ho namaz me to hanafi imaam sajada sahu karega but Ek salam Puri karne k baad Agar usi me shafaai muqtadi bhi ho to unke liye kya hukm hoga? Kya shaafai muqtadi ko bhi Unhi k SAATH sajada sahu karna hoga ya aur kuch hukm hoga shafaai k liye ?? Jawab : - Salam pherne ke baad hanafi imaam agar sajda-e-sahu kare to sajde sahu uski iqtada me karne se namaz batil ho jati hai isliye woh atahhyaat mukammal karke salam phere ( Sajda-e-sahu na kare). Aur agar aisi galati ho jisse shafaai mazhab k mutabik sajda-e-sahu lahaq ho jata hai imaam k saath sajde sahu na kare mukammal tahhyaat padhne k baad khud k salam pherne se pehle sajda-e-sahu ada kare. Iss surat me sajde sahu karna Sunnat hai. 
Sawal:- Hanafi ya shafai Imam ko agar sajda sahu laheq hua to wo shafaee muqtdaee jo baad me jamaat me shamil hua hai wo apni namaz mukammal kaise kare? Jawab:- Imam agar pehla salam pherne k bad sajda e sahu kiya woh shafai muqtadi jo masbukh tha ( jis ki rakat chhut gayi ho ) Woh attahhyaat aur durood k baad namaz mukammal karne k liye khade ho jaye. Namaz mukammal karne k baad salam se pehle sajad e sahu kare aur salam phere. Yani imaam k saath sajda e sahu na kare kyu k namaz batil ho jayegi. Hanafi imaam apne maslak k behtar k khilaaf karte huye salam se pehle sajda e sahu kare toh usme iqtida lazim hoga. 
Sawal:- Salam se pehle agar imam ke saath masbook sajda sahu karle aur fir apni namaz mukammal karne ke liye khada ho aur us waqt agar us se koi sunnate abaaz tarq hojaye to kya use dobara sajda sahu karna hoga? Jawab :- Imam ki galati par imam ne saja e sahu kiya to muqtadi par wajib hai imam ki iqtida kare , agar muqtadi masbukh ho tab bhi sajda e sahu karna hoga. Sajda e sahu k baad khade ho kar namaaz mukammal kare Sajda e sahu kar k salam phere. Agarcha imaam k salam k baad koi aisi baat na paayi gayi ho jisse sajda e sahu lahiq hota hai. IMPORTANT POINT TO NOTE DOWN:- Shaafiyo k nazdiq sajda e sahu karna sunnat hai. Tark par namaaz na batil hoti hai na wajibul iyaada hai Sirf ek surat me sajad e sahu wajib hota hai Wo ye hai k imaam ko sajad e sahu lahiq ho aur wo usne kiya ho Muqtadi par wajib hai k sajad e sahu kare Warna namaaz batil ho jayegi 
Sawal:- Agar sone ke zevarat bank me jama hai (islamic bank) against loan.1 saal k upar waqt guzar chuka hai loan ka to kya uspar zakat wajib hai? Minimum kitni qty honi chahiye sone k zevrat ki zakat k liye? 850gm ya 85gm Jawab:- Sona hai zevraat nahi hai to us par 7 .5 tola yani 85 gm sone me zakat chalivan hissa dena hai. Agar zewarat ki shakal me hai to 850 gm zevaart me zakat wajib ho jati hai. 850 gm se kam zewarat me wajib nahi hota. Sona kahi bhi wo jo bank me ho jo ke auraton ke istemal me aati hai to us par us waqt tak zakat wajib nahi hota jab tak us ka wazan 850gm na ho. 
Sawal:- Agar sona use me ata hai (yani pehna/ istemal jaata hai). Kya aise sone/chandi par bhi zakat farz hai? Jawab:- Shafaee maslak ke mutabik aurat ko pehnne keliye banaye huye zewarat me zakat wajib nahi. Agarcha uneh kabhi kabhar hi istimal katiho. Albatta zewarat ki zakat ada karne se sawab zaroor mi jayega yaani sawab se mahroom nahi rah jayegi. 
Sawal: Saman-e-Tijarat par zakat hai ya nahin? Jawab:- Samane tijarat par zakat dena wajib hai.

Sawal:- aatish baazi haram hai toh kya us ki tijarat k liye bhi kya yahi hukum hai.wazahat karen... Jawab:- Aatishb bazi bhi haram aur banana aur bechna khareedna bhi haram.

Sawal:- Agar miyan biwi ka jism begair hail ek dosre se chho jaye to kya wazu tut jayega jabke bila shehwat ho? Jawab:- Wuzu toot jata hai.agarch bagair shahwat ho. Bhai behan ka laga to nahi tootta. Yaad rakhe wuzu tootna shahwat par depend nahi karta. Mahram na mahram hone par depend karta hai.

Agar kisi ilaqe ki masjid me koi aetekaf me nahi baitha to kya us ilaqe ke me aafat aa sakti hai? Jawab:- Kuch nahi hoga. Sawal:- Gusl Wajib Yaa Farz karne wale amaal kya hain? gusl ke faraiz kitne aur kya kya hai? wazahat farmayen. Jawab:- 6 baton se gusl wajib hojata hai. 1) ham bistari 2) ihtilam wagaira se mani ka nikalna. 3)maut 4)haiz ka band hona. 5)nifas ka band hona. 6)jachgi(wiladat) Upar die gaye 6 baton me aakhir ke 3 khatoon ke liye khaas hai aur pehle ke 3 mard aur aurat dono me paye jate hai. 
Sawal:- Shafai me quran taraweeh me dekh kar parha jae to namaz ho jaati hai kta Jawab:- Namaz ho jayegi. Agar Quran Hifz nahi hai to dekh kar padh sakte hai. Agar dekha bhi to namaz durust hai. Hanafi me durust nahi 
Sawal:- agar taraweeh me quran dekh kar padhne ke dauraan agar sajde ki jaga se nazre hat jae to kya masala hai? Jawab:- Sajde ki jagah ko dekhna sunnat hai. quran mukammal padna sunnat hai.sunnat ko chodne se namaz batil nahi hoti. 
Sawal:- aadami marne ke baad uske naam se khana khilana kaisa hai?aur us khane ko sirf garib log hi kha sakte hai ya fir her koyi kha sakta hai wazahat ke sath hadis ki roshani me batayiye. Jawab:- Imam suyuti rahmatullhi alaihi ne farmaya ke marne k baad un ki taraf se ahle mayyat ka khana wagaira pakwakar taqseem karna sahaba ke zamane se hi mamool raha hai. Khana pakwakar gareeb o ulama ko khilana aur us k sawab maiyyat ko bakhshna chahiyye. Maldar bhi is khane se kha sakte hai. 
Sawal:- Roze ki halat me baal katana, nakhun katna, jayez hai? Jawab:- Jaiz hai 
Sawal:- agar namaz ke dauran rakato me shak ho to uska masala kya hai? Masalan agar zuhur ki namaz padhne ke dauran yeh bhool gae ke teesri rakaat mukammal hui ya chauti to kis tarah se namaz mukammal kare? Jawab:- agar namaz ke dauran rakato ki tadaad me shak kare jaisa ki zuhur ki namaz padhte hue yeh bhool gae ke teesri rakaat mukammal hui ya chauti to kam tadad samajh kar ek rakaat aur pade aakhir me sajda e sahu kare. Do hue ya char hue ye shak hai to do samjhe aur do rakaat aur padhe. 
Sawal:- Agar kisi wajah se Roza toot jae to toot jane ke baad kya khane pine ki ijazat hai? Jawab:- Roza toot jane ke bad bhi khana peena mana hai. Magrib tak oze dar ki tarah rahe aur ramzan ke baad roze ki qaza kare. 
Sawal:- Agar roze ki halat me body ke kisi part se khun nikalne lage to kya roza toot jata hai? Jawab:- Khoon nikalne se roza nahi tootta. 
Sawal:- Shafi imam ko eid ki namaz me kuch hanfi maqtadi bhi ho to kay namaz mai dosri rikaat me dosri surat ke khatm karke kay kuch dear ruk sakte hai. rukna kaisa hai? JAWAB:- Shafaee ki iqtida me eid ki namaz padne wale hanafi hazrat ko chayiye kh wo imam ke sat 12 takbeere kahe. Pehle rak'at me 7 aur doosri rakat me qiraat se pehle 5. Ye hanafi par wajib (raddul muhtar) Imam agar che se zaed takbeer kahe to muqtadi ko bhi chayihe kh che se zaed takbeer kahe agar imam ne 13 se ziayada takbeer kahe to 13 k zaed me iqtida nahi(bahr e shariaat) Hanafi me namaz eid zaed takbeer kam se kam che aur ziyad se ziyada 13 hai. Behtar yahi hai 6 ziyada na kahe .lekin Agar imam che se ziyaada takbeer kahe to muqtadi par iqtida waib hai che se ziyada me iqtida kare.13ziyade me iqtida nahi.isi tara doosri rakat me qiraat k bad takbeer kahna behtar hai.lekin agar imam qiraat se pehle takbeer kahe to muqtadi ko imam ki iqtida karte huye qiraat se pehle takbeer kahna zaroori hai(raddul muhtar, fatawa rizviyya) 
Sawal:- Agar khutba non-arabic language (jaise ke malai ya english) me hota hai toKya aisa khutba shafai ke nazdeek ho jaenga? Kya juma ki namaz ho jaengi?  Jawab : khutuba non arabic language me padhne se khutba nahi hota. jab khutba nahi durust hai to namaz bhi durust nahi. Isliye zuhr ki namaz ko parhna pahdega. 
Sawal:- Aksar dekha jata hai ke jab log isale sawab karte hai to 1 quran kisi 1 ke naam per aur dosra quran kisi aur ke naam par isale sawab karte hain Kya ye tariqa sahi hai ? Sawal:- kabro per phool chadana ya phool ki chaddar dalna kaisa hai? Jawab:- Phool jab tak gila rahega tab tak tasbeeh padhte rahega us se qabr wale ko sukoon milega. isliye full ki Chaddar dalna jaiz hai. 
Sawal:- Dargaho par se jo dhaga laate he wo haath me bandhna kaisa hai? Jawab:- Dargah me rakh kar laye huwe dhage ko barkat keliye bandhna jaiz hai. Itna khayal rakhe kh gairon ki tarah kalayyon me na bandhe balke baazuon me bandhe. 
Sawal:- Eidain aur janaze ki namazon me azaan kyun nahi wazahat kijiye? Jawab:- Jabir radiallahu taala anhu farmate hai ke maine huzoor sallallahu alaihi wa sallam ke saath namaz eid padhi. Aap sallallahu alaihi wa sallam ne na hi aazan di aur na hi aqamat kahi.(saheeh ibn khuzaimah). Aap sallallahu alaihi ws sallam ne naahi azan kahi na hi aqamat. Kitabul bayan me hai ke azan o aqamat farze ain me sunnat hai aur janaza ki namaz farz-e-ain nahi hai. 
Sawal:- Shafai me ek aam insan ke liye dhadi ki kya miqdar hai? Ekdum choti dhadi bhi jaiz hai kya? Dadhi ke liye niyyat ka hona zaruri hai? Jawab:- Dadhi rakhna sunnat hai aur sahib e fathul mueen ne farmaya ke darhi ko mondna haram hai. Baaz ulama ne farmaya ke mondne jaise katarwana bhi haram hai. Is se chand batain wazeh ho gayi:- 1) shafaee me darhi mondna haram hai. 2) Is tarah katarwana bhi haram hai ke dekhne walon ko ye samajh na sake ke mondha hai ya darhi rakha hai. 3) Upar di gai dono sooraton ke alawa me haram nahi hai. 4) Mondha nahi aur bareek si darhi rakhi to gunah se bach jayega. 
SAWAL:- Kya juma ka sunnat gusul fajar se pahele le saktye hai? JAWAB:- jumu ka gusl fajr ke bad lena chahiye. Jumua ke sunnat gusl ka sawab milne ke liye fajr sadiq ke bad gusl lena hoga. 
Sawal:- Kya bachhon ke gair islami naam rakhne se unki zindagi par asar padta hai? Jawab:- Islami naam rakhne se jis tarah barkat hasil hoti hai. Usi tarah gair islami naam rakhne se uski nuhusat rahengi. 
Sawal:- Farz rozaon ke ilawa dosre roze jaise shawwal ke 6 roze ki niyyat kaise ki jaye aur is me niyyat ka waqt kya hai ? Jawab:- Tamam sunnat roze ke liye niyyat zawal se pehle pehle tak karsakte hai albattah behtar yahi hai ke fajrussadiq se pehle niyyat ki jaye . NIYYAT:- Is saal ke maahe shawwal ke sunnat roze ko allah tala ke waste kal ke roz rakhne ki niyyat maine ki. 
Sawal:- Kya Aale Rasool alaihissalam ko zakat wagaira nahin desakte? Jawab:- Aale rasool alaihissalam ko zakaat nahi sakte. Hadya de sakte hai 
Sawal:- Takbire tashreek kya sirf eid k guroob e aftab tak padhi jae ya 3 din??  Jawab:- Takbeer e tashreeq eid ul azha me hai. ye 13th zilhaij tak jamaat ke sath padhi jane wali tamaam namaz k baad padhna sunnat hai. Eid ul fitr me takbeer e tashreeq nahi hai. Eid fitr me takhbeer mutlaq hai. Ye namaz e eid keliye takbeer e tahreema kahne tak hai yani eid ke din ki namaz e Zuhr ke baad ye takbeer nahi .isi tarah namaz e eid ul fitr se salam pherne ke bad bhi sunnat nahi hai. 
Sawal:- kya shafai muqtadi ki juma ki namaz hanafi imam ke peeche ho jaengi?khutbe aur namaz me hanafi imam ko kin kin bato ka khaas khayal rakkhna honga? Jawab:- Hanafi agar dono khutbo me:- 1) Alhamdulillah kahta hai. 2) Huzoor sallahu alaihi wa sallam ks naam lekar durood padhta hai. 3) Taqwa ki wasiyyat karta hai aur pahle khutbe me aayat padhta hai aur Doosre khutbe me muamineen ke haq me dua karta hai to us ki iqtida me juma ki namaz padh sakte hai warna khutba durust nahi honga. 
sawal:- jab hum par gusl waajib ho jae misaal ke taur par ahtelaam' janaabat ya juma eidaen' ka sunnat gusl toh kya ghutno se niche tak badan ko kapdon se dhaankna kya zaruri hai ya barhana gusl liya ja sakta hai? (imame shafai k nazdik kaisa hai wazahat karaen).  Jawab:- Gusl ke waqt badan dankna sunnat hai. Agar barhana gusl liye to bhi gusl ho jayega.

Pehle 3 mard aur aurt me payi jati hai. Gusl ke faraiz 2 hai. 1)niyyat e gusl 2)mukammal badan par bahana. 
Sawal:- Gusl ki niyyat kaise kare? Jawab:- Gusl ki Niyyat:- Paki hasil karne keliye gusl karta hu Ya namaz ki durusgi keliye napaki se paki hasil karne ki niyyat se gusl karta hu wa gaira niyyat kare. 
Sawal:- Kyonke Shafai ke Nazdik Mani Paak hai toh kya usse Kapda Paak Karna Wajib hai Yaa Sunnat hai? JAWAB:- Kapde me agar mani hai to us kapde ko pahen kar namaz padne se pehle dhona sunnat hai. 
Sawal:- Gusul ke Liye Paani ka Mustaamaal hona chaiye Yaa Gair Mustaamaal..! JAWAB:- FARZ TAHARAT KE FARAEZ ME ISTIMAL KIYE HUYE PANI KO MUSTAMAL KAHTE HAI. BA WUZU KA DUBARA WUZU KARNA SUNNAT HAI. YANI TAJDEEDE WUZU K LIYE ISTIMAL KIYA HUWA PANI MUSTAMAL NAHI NAHI. KYONKE YE FARZ TAHARAT NAHI. ISEE TARAH BE WUZU KE WUZU K FARAEZ ME ISTIMAL KIYA HUWA PANI MUSTAMAL HAI.YANI BE WUZU NE CHAHRA DHONE KELIYE ISTIMAL KIYA HUWA PANI MUSTAMAL HAI. BE WUZU KE PEHLE MARTABA CHAHRA DHONE ME ISTIMAL KIYA GAYA MUSTAMAL HAI LEKIN DOOSRE AUR TEESRE MARTABA DHOONE ISTIMAL KIYA HUWA PANI MUSTAMAL NAHI HOGA. MUSTAMAN PANI SE WUZU AUR GUSL JIS TARAH DURUST NAHI HOTA USI TARSH NAJASAT KO BHI DOOR NAHI KAR SAKTE. 
Sawal:- Daurane namaz agar koi age se chala gaya to kya namaz fir se daurani paregi ya nahi? Jawab:- Daurane namaz agar age se chala to fir se daurane ki koe zaroorat nahi. 
Sawal:- Musalle par kabatullah sharif ka photo ho to us par khare ho kar namaz parhna jaiz hai ya nahi?  Jawab:-Adab k khilaf hai.is liye kabatullah shareef ke photo ho to us par khare ho kar namaz parhna nahi chahiye. Jis cheez ka ihtiram karna chahiye us ke photo ka bhi ihtiram kare. 
Sawalat:- Mazi kya hai? agar kadpe ko lag jaye to is ko saaf karne ka tariqa kya hai? Hanfi maslak me shayad ye hai ke kapde ko 3 bar dhoya jaye aur har bar oose aisa nichoda jaye ke pani ka akhiri qatra bhi gir jaye Kya imam shafaee ke nazdeek bhi yahi tareeqa hai ?? peshab lage kapde ko saaf kaise kiya jata hai? Washing machine me kapde dohte waqt sare kapde dal diye jaate hai agar oos me koi 1 kapda napak ho to kya baqi sare bhi napak ho jayege? Aur agar najasat ke koi ausaf naho jaisa ke peshab ek dam sookh jaye aur rang wa boo aur maza na rahe to us kapde par ek martaba pani bahane se kapda pak ho jayega. Teen martaba dhone aur nichodne ki zaroorat nahi. Washing machine me paak aur napaak kapde dalne par tamaam kapde napak ho jate hai . Baalti me pak aur napak kapda dal kar pani bahate hai Ya balti ke pani pak aur na paak kapde dalte hai is soorat me bhi tamaam kapde napaak ho jate hai. Isee liye dhone ke baad ek ek kapda nikal le aur ek ek martaba us par paani bahaye phir sookhne keliye rassi par dale. Dhobi ke pass diye huya kapde ko ghar lane ke bad ek ek martaba pani baha kar sukhae. Pak hoga. 
Sawal:- Namaz me aankhen band karna kaisa? Namaz me nazre kis taraf honi chahiye? Jawab: - Namaz me nazre sajde ki jagah par hona sunnat hai. *Qiyam ki halat me nazre sajde ki jagah par ho. **ruku ki halat me nazre sajde ki jagah par ho ***sajde ki halat me nazre sajde ki jagah par ho. ****beth jaao to bhi nazren sajd ki jagah par ho. Lekin jab attahyaat me "illallah""kahe tab tasbeeh ki angli uthaye to nazren sahadat ke ungli par ho. Namaz ki halat me aankh band karna karahat hai. Har halat me nazren sajde ki jagah me hona siwae attahyat me illallah par nazre shahadat ki ungli par ho. 
Sawal:- bacche neend mai rat mai darte hai to kya padh kar dam karna chahiye?  JAWAB:- Awwala o aakhir durood ek ek baar padhe aur 21 martaba ya mutaqabbir padhe aur bachhe par dam kare in sha Allah rokar uthna band ho jayega.

Uhi aqamat ke waqt qareeb ho tab bhi sunnat shuru karna karahat hai. Namaz e fajr k bad sunnat padhe. Jamaat k waqt na pade.....ahnaaf me is masale me ikhtalaaf hai.Hanafiyon fajr ki farz namaz ke baad sunnat nahi padh sakte Hanafiyon me sunnat ko phir tuloo aftaab ke bad padhna honga  
Sawal:- Shafaee me magrib se pahele 2 rakat padhna sunnat hai?   Jawab:- Magrib se pehle do rakat padna sunnat hai (Fathul mueen) 
Sawal:- Qabr ke andar eenth lagana kaisa hai?  Jawab:-Maslak e shafaee ke mutabik jaez hai. 
Sawal:- Kya farmate hai muftian e ikram blood donate karne k baare me?  Jawab:- BLOOD DONATE Karna jaez hai. Shayad ahnaaf me is masale me ikhtalaaf hai. 
Sawal:- Kya mas'alae halalah qur'an ya hadees se sabit hai?  Jawab:- Kisi aurat ko us ke shohar ne agar teen talaq de diya hai to dubaara woh aurat uske shouhar ki zoujiyat me nahi aa sakti jab taka halala na karle. yani wo aurat dusre aadmi se nikah kar le aur wo dusra shohar us se ham bistary kar le phir apne marzi ke mutabiq talaq de to pahle shouhar keliye jaez ho jaegi. Sawal:- Jis ke zimme bohot sari qaza namaz baqi hai kya ramazan ke mahine me wo taraweeh me farz ki qaza ki niyyat kar sakta hai?  Jawab:-Taraweeh parhne wale ki iqtida me qaza shuda farz namaz ki niyyat kar sakte hai. Jaiz hai 
Sawal:- Makrooh awqaat me qaza namaz padhna kaisa hai? Jawab:- Jaez hai. Makrooh awqaat me salatut tasbeeh namaz jaisi be waqt namaz jaez nahi hai. Isi tarah be sabab namaz. Qaza namaz isi liye hai ke us ko khass waqt moujood hai isliye ye jaiz hai. Asar ke baad qaza namaz jaez hai. isi tarah makhsoos awqaat wali sunnat namazon ki qaza Isi tarah sabab wali namaz jaisa k masjid me dakhil hone ke bad tahyatul masjid. Ek hi ek waqt hai jis me qaza namaz haram hai aur Tahyatul masjid k alawa doosri tamaam sunnat haram hai - Aur wo Jumua ke din khutba douran ka waqt hai. 
Sawal:- farz ki qaza namazo ko kis tarah ada kiya jae? Agar kisi ki kai saalo ki namaze qaza hai toh woh inko ada karne ka kaise ehtimam kare? Kya sunnat namaz ko chor kar sirf Farz ki Qaza padh sakta hai? Jawab:- Sunnat se mana karne se sunnat ki jagah garz jo qaz hai us ki qaza ada karega to uneh bataye ke sunnat na parhe .farz parhe. Aur agar sunnat bhi na parhega na hi qaza namaz to uneh ye masala na bataye. Sunnat parhne de kyon ke sawab milne wala kam hai. Albtta Qaza namaz ko jald qaza ada na karne ki wajah se banda gunahgar hota. Baz log sunnat namaz tarak karte hai . Wajah batate hai ke farz baqi hai. Sunnat tark kar ke doosre jayiz kamon me waqt kharch karte hai. Logon ko ye samajhna chahiye ke is tarah waqt guzarna bhi haram hai. Agar woh sunnat parhte to sunnat ka sawab milta agarchha Farz ke alawa me waqt ko kharch karne ki wajh se gunagar hote. Aur agar sunnat ke alawa me kharch karte to sawab nahi milta kyonke us me aslan koyi sawab nahi. Lekin gunah gar idhar bhi hota. Kisee k zimme me agar farz baqi hai to farz ke alawa tamam kam karna haram hai. Farz namaz agar kisi k zimme me baqi hai to:- 1)zaroorat se ziyada sona 2)baat cheet me apne waqt ko kharch karna 3)sunnat namaz parhna wa gaira tamam jo cheez jaez wa sunnat hai haram ho jati hai. Yani sunnat namaz ke tarak karna mana hai. Farz jiske zimme me baqi ho to sunnat wa gaira me waqt ko kharch karna gunah hai. Is ka matlab ye huwa ke farz ko jald az jald parhe takh koyi namaz zimme baqi naho aur sunnat padh sake. 
Sawal:- Jis shakhs ka inteqal ramazanul mubarak ya juma me ho kya us se qabr ke sawal nahi hote hai? Jawab:- Huzur sallallahu alahi wa sallam ne farmaya ke jis ki mout jumua ke din ya us ki shab me ho to wo qabr ke fitne se maamoon rahega. Is hadees se baaz ne kaha ke is hadees ka matlab hai ke sawal se bhi maamoon rahenga. Imam ibn hajar makki ne farmaya ke sawal par agar huzur ya aap ke ashaab se sabit ho to is raaye ko ek haisiyat hai. Kyonke is tarah ki raaye koyi apni tarf se kah nahi sakta. Zakariyal ansari ne farmaya ke saheeh hadees ki roshni se sabit hai kr ramzan aur jumua me marne walon ka sawal hoga. Na cheez kahta hai ke sawal hoga lekin takhfeef hogi. Yad rakhe Jo kuch fazeelat hadees me warid hai woh sirf ahle imaan keliey hai. tuhfa ki mundaraja bala ibarat ke matabiq ye hai ke sawal hoga. Allahu alam 
Sawal:- kya Tahyatul masjid ki namaaz Sunnat main join kar ke pad sakte hain maslan zohar ki sunnat ki niyat main Tahyatul masjid ki bhi niyyat karli jae? Jawab:- Tahyatul masjid ki namaaz Sunnat main join kar ke padh sakte hain . Misal ke tour par zohar ki sunnat main Tahyatul masjid ki bhi niyyat karli jae to doono ka sawab milenga . Isi tarah zuhr ki farz namaz me bhi tahyatul masjid ki niyyat kar sakte hai. 
Sawal:- Ahnaf ke pechey agar koi shafai muktadi ho to dua e kunut na padney ki Surat mai Kay sajde sahu karna padega? Jawab:- Wajib nahi Sajada sahu karna sunnat hai. Kiye to behtar hai.Hanafi imam ke peeche namaz e fajr padhne wala shafaee muqtadee apne dusre rakat me dua e qunoot padhe ya na parhe sajd e sahu karna sunnat hai. Is ki soorat ye hai. Imam ke dono salam pherne ke bad sajda e sahu kare phir salam phere.  
Sawal:- Fuqhae shawfe ke nazdeek dadhi ki sharai miqdar kya hai? Jawab:-Dadhi ki koyi miqdar muayyan nahi hai. Darhi mundane ke silsile me zainuddeenil makhdoom jaise chand fuqaha ne haram kaha hai. Is liye darhi na mundaye. Chahre ko zeenat dene wali dadhi ho is ka khayal rakhe.ziyada khashkhashi na ho. 
Sawal:- Shirk ki kitnay kismay hai zara wajahat farmaae? Jawab:- Shirk ki do qisme hai:- 1)shirk e khafiyy 2)shirk e jaliyy Sirk e khafiyy se Musalman murtad nahi banta. Allah k liye ibadat kate waqt kisi aur ko ittila de kar ebaadat karna. ise riyaa bhi kahte hai. Shirk jaliyy se Musalman murtad hojata hai. Is ki teen qismen hai 1)allah k ilawa kisee aur ko wajibul wujoob manna Wajib wujoob yani hamesha se rahna wajib samajna. Us ki wujood ke liye shuruaat na hone ka aqeeda rakhna. Wajibul wujud sirf allah hai. allah k ilawa ko wajibul wujud mana to shirk huwa. 2)allah khawass me ki se aur ko shareek manna yani.samadyat ki khaswyat hai kisi aur me samadyat ka aqeeda rakha to murtad ho gaya. Samadyat ka mana khud mukhtar aur be niyaz ke hai. Kisi cheez me koyi taqat ho use us cheez ki zati quwwat samajna hi samadyat ka aqeeda rakhna hai. Masalan pani ke andar ek taaseer hai woh hai pyas bhujhane ki taaseer is taaseer ko pani ki zati taaseer samjha yani kisee ka diya huwa na samja to shirk huwa. 3)allah ke alawa kisi ko mabood samajhna yani ebadat k laiq samajhna. (Bad mazhaboon ne is misal ko bigad kar batate aur logon ko gumrah karte is liye har kisi ko chahiye ke is masale ko achhe se samjhne ki khoshish kare. 
Sawal:- Fajr ki namaz ki sunnate aur aadab bayan kare. Jawab:- Fajr ki do rakaton me se pehli rakat me qulya ayyual kafiroon aur alam nshrah lak sadarak padhe aur doosri rakat me qul huwallahu ahad aur alam tara kaifa faala rabbuka pade ye sunnat hai. Is par paaband banne wala shakhs ko bawaseer ki takleef lahiq na hoga. Hawalah fathul mueen Ye fajr ki do sunnat namaz me hai. Jo farz se pehle parhi jati fajr ki sunnat aur farz k darmiyan seede karwat par leet kar qabr ki yad ko taza kare ye bhi mustahab (Fathul mueen) Mundara bala ebaarat me fajr ki sunnat namaz parhi jane wali sooraton ka tazkira hai. 
Sawal:- Agar koi safar me ho aur wo ajmer pahuch gaya ho toh kya wo 2 rakat kasar padega toh sahi hai jab k har chiz ki sahulat toh hai? Jawab:- JAB TAK SAFAR ME HAI MUSAFIR HAI ISI TARAH EK JAGAH POHONCHNE KE BAD US ME MUKAMMAL 4 DIN THAHERNE KI NIYYAT KARNE SE SAFAR KHATAM HO JAYEGA. MUKAMMAL RAHNE KI NIYYAT NA HO TO 4 DI MUKAMMAL HO JANE SE SAFAR KHATAM HOGA . JAB TAK WO MUSAFIR HAI. Mukammal char din ya us se ziyad din rahneki niyyat hoto safar khatam hojata hai yani qasr nahi kar sakte hai. 
Sawal:- Agar kisi ne sharab pi li aur nasha hone se phele namaz padhi to kya durust hai? Jawab:-Sharab pee lene ke bad nasha chadne se pehle namaz padi to namaz durust hogi lekin sharab najasat hai us ko dho kar door karna hoga. Munh aur haath ko laga huwa to dhona hoga. Isi tarah se yeh haram hai jahannum me lejaane wala kaam hai...lehaza fauran tauba kare aur dobara sharab ke kareeb tak na jae. Ab ye kahna allah ne quraan paak ki ayat me nashe ki halat mein namaz ke qareeb jane se mana kiya hai to ye hamare jawab ke khilaf nahi hai. Hamare jawab us waqt keliye hai jab nasha na chada ho quran ki aayat me mana warid nasha chadne ki soorat me hai. Sawal bhi nasha chad jane se pehle namaz parhne k bare me hai (Allahu aalam bi muradihi). الجواب ::ويسن  سجود السهو للحن  في  قرأة الصلاة لحنا يغير المعني ان  لم  يتعمد وان  تعمد بطلت  صلاتهوان  لم  يتعمد بطلت  قرأته  وعليه  ان  يتدارك  وان  تدارك  علي  الفور كفي  ويجب  عليه  ان يقرأ ما بعده  وان  لم  يتدارك  علي  الفور  يجب عليه  ان  يستأنف  الفاتحة . وعلي  كل  حال  يسن سجود السهو اي سواء  تدارك  الفاتحة  علي  الفورام  لم  يتداركها Namaz ka saheeh hona alag hai qabool hona alag hai fiqhee faraez o sharaet ke sath namaz ada karne se namaz saheeh ho jati hai. Saheeh namaz ka matlab ye nahi qabool bhi huyi. Ikhlas o khushoo na ho tab bhi namaz saheeh ho jati hai yani duhrana nahi padega. Qabool nahi hoti qabool hone keliye ikhlasa o khushoo ki zaroorat hai. Namaz me dunya ke khayalat aana khushoo k khilaf hai.khushoo na ho to namaz maqbool nahi hoti. Is ka matlab ye nahi ke namaz saheeh nahi huyi.  
Sawal:- Kya kachhi pyaz aur lehsan khakar namaz padhna mana hai jabtak badbu zael na ho jaye? Jawab:- Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wa sallam ne pyaz khane ke baad masjid me jane se mana farmaya hai.   رواه البخاري ومسلم وفى رواية لمسلم (من أكل البصل والثوم والكراث فلا يقربن مسجدنا فان الملائكة تتأذى مما يتأذى منه بنو آدم)  Is liye fuqaha ne farmaya   يكره لمن أكل ثوما أو بصلا أو كراثا أو غيرها مما له رائحة كريهة وبقيت رائحته أن يدخل المسجد من غير ضرورة(شرح المهذب) Yani har badbudar cheez khane ke baad jamaat me hazir na hojaye. Jamaat agar masjid ke bahar qaem kinjaye. Aur Pyaz khane ke baad masjid me bagair zaroorat jana karahat hai. Jamaat me shareek hona bhi karahat hai 
Sawal:- Purane kiraedar jagah chodne ke lie malik makan se lakhon rupe mangte haen. (1) kya kiraedar ke liye woh rupe halal hai? (2) kya malike makan ke liye makan khali karane ki garz se kirae dar ko rupe dena jaiz hae?بينوا و تؤجروا  Jawab:- Purane kiraedar jagah chhodne keliye malik e makan se lakhon rupye mangte haen. Ye jaez nahi hai. Kyonke malik ke kahne par makan ko chodna kiraedar par lazim hai. Us k marzi ke khilaf ghar ko qabze me rakhna kiraedar ke liye jaez nahi hai. Sone ka nisab 85 gms hai aur chandi ka 595 gms Agar saal poora hone se pehle milkiyat zayal ho jaye to zakat nahi lekin agar sone per qarz liya to zakat deni hogi. Qarz ki soorat me agar saal mukammal hone se pehle sone pe dobara qabza hogaya to saal khatam hote hi zakat wajib warna nahi. Wo bhi badan k tamaam zewaron ko nahi dekha jayega balkh ek qism ke zewar k wazan.yani sirf kangan ya sirf paisara ya sirfa sirf kan me pehnene ka zewar .masalan Donon kangan mila kar itna wazan ho jo badan me kharab lage to use israaf kahte hai. Us waqt mukammal donon kangan par zakat wajib hoga. Agar ek jagah do tole do kangan pehnne ko agar zeenat samajhte hai to usne do toole k hazar kangan banaa kar rakhe aur har din halag halag pehna karti tabbhi us par zakat nahi hai. Ek martaba pehnne wale zewar ka wazan zeeyada nahi hai.ek jagah do kangan mila kar do do char thole ka hota hai aur usne panchi tole ka pehnti hai tabbhi zakat wajib nahi hoti isliye zakat wajib nisab 8.5 tola hai. Kisee jagah kamar ki patti 250 grm zinat hai us se ziyada pehnne se kharab lagti hai to 250 grm se ziyadi miqdar ki kamar patti par zakat wajib hai. 300grm kamar patti ho to sirf hadd se ziyaada miqdar par dena kafi nahi pura 300grm me bhi dena hoga. Us k pass total kitne zewar ye nahi dekha jaega kokan me to zakat wajib hone jaise zewarat istimaal karte hi nahi agar ch us ke pas ek kilo zewar hi q na ho har qism k zewar jo wo pehnti hai ya pahnne ke liye bana kar rakhi hai wo sharaee hadd se ziyaada na hone ki shurat me zakat wajib nahi hoti.
