About Me

I intend to work for advancing the humanitarian technology and solving the challenges of resource-constrained community through my research. My research interests include the electro-thermal physics of novel 2D nanostructures, characterization of their thermal transport and the realization as well as functionalization of the electronic properties aiming at their possible application in energy efficient nanoelectronics. Besides, I am trying to incorporate nano-scale science and technology in humanitarian applications. You can get an idea of my works in the Research and Selected Publications sections of this website.

Some of my favorite Quotes:

1. Let the boat of life be light, packed with only what you need - a homely home and simple pleasures, one or two friends, worth the name, someone to love and someone to love you, a cat, a dog, and a pipe or two, enough to eat and enough to wear, and a little more than enough to drink.

2. Life can only be understood backward, but it must be lived forwards.

3. It is your attitude, not your aptitude that determines your altitude.

4. It does not matter where you are..you are nowhere compared to where you can go.

5. When in doubt, toss a coin, not because head or tail will decide it for you, but for the brief moment when the coin is in the air, you will know what you want

6. Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

7. Believe you can and you're halfway there.

8. Do it again.Play it again. Sing it again. Read it again. Write it again. Sketch it again. Rehearse it again. Run it again. Try it again.
Because again is practice, and practice is the improvement, and improvement only leads to perfection.

9. So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit-
It's when things go wrong that you must not quit.
