Welcome to Ashwood Downs!

We are an active homeowners association of 86 homes founded in 1987.

Please register with our HOA Management company, Blue Mountain Community Management as indicated below. Most of the communications to homeowners are conducted via TownSq, including periodic event reminders, newsletters, and homeowners dues.

Annual dues for 2024 are $296.21.

We will only send out a few messages a year and never share our list with others.

Yearly Activities:

Annual Meeting: Review annual budget, elect officers, review activities, catch up with your neighbors in January.
Neighborhood Cleanup: We bring in dumpsters for a weekend for homeowners to get rid of unusable items in May.
Garage Sale: We have a neighborhood garage sale in June
Independence Day Celebration: We have a breakfast and a parade around the neighborhood on July 4th.
End of Summer Party: We have a barbeque with a live band in September.
