These fine projects have been featured individually in Furniture and Cabinetmaking magazine--and here they are together, in one handsome, informative collection bound to whet any cabinetmaker's appetite to start work. Over 200 photographs and 80 diagrams, drawn from a wide range of design styles, will quickly have you making these eminently useful and attractive pieces: an elm and burr elm coffer chest; two chests of drawers (one in the Arts and Crafts manner, the other Shaker); an oak display dresser; a simple nest of tables; a corner cupboard; and executives' desks.
