The focus of the Ashland High School Drama Program: to enhance student education by developing skills that promote success in today’s world. Skills include: effective communication, leadership, self-confidence, and self-discipline.

  • Emerson College Performing Arts' Theater Educator-in-Residence Bethany Nelson teaches theatre education supervises the field work of students pursuing Massachusetts licensure as teachers of Performing Arts. Follow this link to listen to her speak about Theater Education.
  • Course Syllabi have been updated for 2016-7.
  • Advance Acting will be a Honors only class starting in the 2017-18 school year.
  • Google Classroom: Google Classroom with be used for the portal for classroom assignments and activities. All written or recorded assignments must be turned in through Google Classroom. Students must use their school email account with Google Classroom.
