A Permaculture Design course is an intensive learning experience presented by a team of instructors using lecture, discussion, hands-on projects, videos, site visits, and student presentations as teaching tools. This course presents a unique Tantric perspective interwoven throughout the Permaculture curriculum, (as well as Native American, Christian, Taoist, and Pagan) focusing on the relationship between our inner masculine and  our feminine as a means to understanding and beginning to change the way we individually and collectively treat/mistreat the Earth.  Students receive a Permaculture Design certificate upon completion. The weekend course format allows for more hands-on projects, social networking, and cultural sharing. Course takes place at Earthaven Ecovillage - an ecologically oriented community located approximately one hour southeast of Asheville, NC. On 325 forested acres, Earthaven is a growing community with 40 members, and a steady stream of visitors and students.

Course fee: $1400 including camping, food & materials.
