4 towns R2 2015

Results 4 Towns Round 2, Saturday 29th April 2017 at Alfreton.

Well done to all the swimmers who took part in the weekend's 4 town's gala. It was great to see so many of our younger swimmers attending a four towns for the first time! Well we came 4th however we did have some great swims and had 5 first and 6 second places and two speeding tickets for Keira Lee and Kate Haswell (there are upper times set for this gala and if you swim over the limit you are disqualified and receive a speeding ticket which means you can not swim again in that race). We only had 2 DQs but didn't receive any points for 3 races where we had to swim over age swimmers (as we didn't have anyone of the correct age able to swim) and the two races where we had speeding fines, so had 0 points for 7 races in total.

The final points were:

ASHBOURNE: 76 LEEK: 96 BELPER: 112 DOVE VALLEY: 117
