Here you can download ActionScript Extractor - probably the first free application of this kind in the Internet ;-)
It's not yet finished, but 90% of aspects of AS3 language is implemented.
There is still a problem with complex conditions and occasionally with loops (and maybe with something else).
The zip package contains one executable file plus three dlls. Before running you have to install Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package.
