Meet our Current Executive Committee!

(January to June 2015)


Toastmasters International clubs must be on a July 1– June 30 annual term, or on July 1– December 31 and January 1–June 30 semiannual terms. Articulates Club 316 holds its officer elections semi-annually. The two terms for officer positions are July 1– December 31 and January 1–June 30. 

President: Alex Ly, CC

Alex is a Sr. SCM engineer at Ingram Micro, a B2B company in the technology industry and the company’s focus is to help the world to realize the promise of the technology.  She is the club president.  Alex believes that in order to improve the meeting quality and bring the club to the next level, innovation, getting out of comfort zone and team work must go together. Life is just too short, why not taking risk to fulfill your dream?  Success is about making a good impact on others

Latish is a Senior Principle with Inspirage Inc., a global consulting firm that helps clients realize breakthrough improvements across the value chain in areas from Innovation through Execution. When not at work, Latish loves to play Golf and Cricket

Secretary: Barbara L Hall

Always a comedian, but now an aspiring effective writer and speaker, Bobbi is working on her CL and CC, short term goal(s) in Toastmasters.  Since joining Toastmasters her life has completely changed.  A new found passion and full filling relationships with fellow Toastmasters has manifested.  Co in siding with her new ability to public speak, Bobbi has not only been striving to continuously improve her communication skills but has embarked on a desire to write her own book.  As a result of stepping out of her comfort zone and challenging herself, she has received praise and constructive feedback on her speaking abilities and is considering running for public office. Great posture, strong vocal variety, learning to be "succinct" in her message, fewer filler words, closing with heart and always using humor, have resulted as benefits of joining Toastmasters

Sudh is a banker by profession, VP Structured Finance at US Bank. He lives and works in Irvine. He is originally from India. He is our club's Stg At Arms and has been associated with our club since Oct/2014. He loves to ski/snowboard and is a big Dodger Fan
