You have no idea how much I am savoring this green drink I just made!

Whey-based juice with stinging nettles, cleavers, dandelions, burdock root, wild mustard flowers, violets leaves,
celery, lettuce, cucumber and parsley.  Even though whey is a by-product of milk fermentation, it is mostly protein, unlike cabbage rejuvelac. 

I can leave it for fermentation, and drink it later, though kefir or 
cabbage rejuvelac base would be better.  

(Note.  Cabbage rejuvelac lasts longer than quinoa rejuvelac)
