I am a CNRS researcher at CREST (Centre de Recherche en Economie et Statistiques). I am a labor economist and an applied econometrician. I am particularly interested in the evaluation of labor market policies, the analysis of job search behavior and employment dynamics, and the role of non-cognitive skills and subjective expectations for economic decisions. Part of my research is based on field experiments.

I am research fellow at the IAB NurembergIZA and at DIW Berlin, and I am deputy director at the IPP (Institut des Politiques Publiques). A detailed CV can be found here.
