Welcome! I am a researcher and lecturer in economics at ETH Zurich. My work mainly focuses on the climate change issue.
I will be on the job market during the academic year 2022-2023. You can find my job market paper, entitled "Democratic Climate Policies with Overlapping Generations", here.
One part of my research deals with the political economy of climate change. I study the international and intergenerational coordination problems that limit climate policy implementation.
Another part of my research is about the increase in extreme weather events. I analyze the role of insurance markets and regulations in enhancing the welfare of agents exposed to these events.
In my research, I develop analytical and numerical models, using microeconomics, macroeconomics, game theory, and decision theory.
I also teach a course on the economics of climate change.
