Armature Art Space is seeking artists for upcoming group shows! First, you can always count on us to hold an annual Halloween show that is open to all local artists.

We are also looking for members of the local, Bushwick community to join us for some dinner parties where we invite you to talk about issues that are important to you. Artists and non-artists welcome. The goal is to identify themes that artists can thoughtfully investigate in calls for art or group shows and hold art events that represent the community.

Bushwick has many other opportunities to get involved in the community:

Arts in Bushwick organizes the annual Bushwick Open Studios, keeps a blog active year round, and collaborates with local schools to work on creative projects with high school students.

Bushwick Art Crit Group organizes evenings of artists presentating their work and sharing their creative process, methodology, or personal mythology. The audience is encouraged to ask questions.

Armature Art Space, Inc. is located at 316 Weirfield Street, Brooklyn, NY 11237.
