A course about Weil's Theorem, Technion Fall 2010

The course takes place at Taub 301, Mondays 15:00 - note the room change!!

New Room

We have moved to Taub 301. My presentation in the next 2-3 weeks will be based on Chapters 4\5 in Kowalski's notes (see above)
I mix things up a bit : I am following in spirit pages 51-61, but with a different curve (the one in pages 71-75).

Sorry for anyone who might have missed us today!(Nov 8th), we unexpectedly had to move to Taub 2 and I forgot
to leave a note on the door.
I do not know the room for our  next meeting yet, as I foolishly forgot to make an email list, I will email everybody I remember when I know,
and also post the location here - so you might want to check this page before our next meeting.
 In any case, we did not do too much new stuff and it's all in the lecture notes above. 
Also next time will be material independent of today.
