My name is María Argente del Castillo Martínez and I work as a full time English teacher at the EOI Gijón, where I have been working since 1990. I read English, Spanish and German at University of Oviedo, and I did a one-year postgraduate course as an Erasmus student at Dublin City University. After my college studies I worked as a language assistant in Colaiste Bharra, Cork for one year, teaching Spanish.

I love learning foreign languages and at present I'm learning French.

When I have free time, I love reading, cooking, doing sports , crochet and watching old movies.
