14th edition of the ArgDiaP workshops: Formal Models of Reasoning and Argumentation. This time ArgDiaP is organised as a part of the Poznań Reasoning Week. The deadline for abstract submission is 30th June 2016 and the conference will take place 7th-8th Sept 2016 in Poznań. The papers from the 14th ArgDiaP will be peer-reviewed and published as a special issue of the journal Logic and Logical Philosophy.
Force of Argument: Reason, Belief, Consensus. The meeting will be dedicated to establishing of common methodology in one of the fundamental areas of argumentation theory. The conference is held in conjunction with the school for graduated and undergraduate students.

We invite to participate in the 1st International Workshop for Methodologies for Research on Legal Argumentation which will take place at the JURIX - the 27th International Conference on Legal Knowledge and Information Systems. The aim of the workshop is to provide space for exchange of methodological ideas concerning the research on legal argumentation from three perspectives: AI and Law, argumentation theory and legal theory.

We invite to participate in the next, 12th edition of the ArgDiaP conferences: From Real Data to Argument Mining. We will discuss techniques and methods for the recognition of argumentative structures in the natural language. The conference is co-organised in conjunction with the second edition of the graduate school IGSAR (Interdisciplinary Graduate School on Argumentation and Rhetoric). Both events take place in Warsaw at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences and are supported by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

This special issue on Pragmatics and Dialectics of Argument is the third of a series of special issues dedicated to argumentation in the journal Studies in Logic, Grammar and Rhetoric. The journal is published under the auspices of the Polish Society for Logic and Philosophy of Science, and along with Logic and Logical Philosophy; Bulletin of the Section of Logic; and Studia Logica, is one of Poland's top philosophy journals with an international profile and indexed at the lists such as ERIH, Scopus, and IndexCopernicus.
