July in an Essex garden. It's good to stand back and look again at your life. How can you improve it. How can you make the best of it. I decided it was time to be serious about controlling my weight. I joined myfitnesspal. It seems to work well and I'm slowly losing the pounds. But I have learned that I still need to be on my guard. Stress does cause you to choose the wrong foods. A little treat each day does no harm, it's easy to burn off the calories. As long as you don't have all the little treats in one day. Trying to burn off too many calories just doesn't work.
