Welcome to the link database for medicinal ( and other  ) uses for Cannabis.

This site was created merely as a reference site to links and documents for both physical and psychological medicinal effects cannabis has on the human body.It serves only as a portal for information on external websites. There are a few documents hosted here but most are offsite.

Hopefully not only will it serve as link database for those who already know of cannabis' many medicinal uses, but it will also be a stopping point for anyone new to the concept of cannabis as a medicine.

I will endeavor to keep the links and documents maintained but it is inevitable due to the volume of information that some references may become out of date as new research data becomes available.

Please feel free to browse the links and documents index by clicking Here or go directly to the information you need by expanding the arrow next to the Documents link to the left hand side.

I hope your stay is both informative and educational.

Most of the links were provided by Storm Crow over at Greenpassion.org . Many thanks for the list!

This is an info and links site only. Some references to cannabis may be my personal opinion and do not reflect the opinions of the site host. Other  links to external sites include research on cannabis from various official resources.

-  Amazon link

Extracts from Amazon Editorial Reviews:

"In this thoroughly documented account, Fox, Armentano, and Tvert have performed a public service. They have pulled the sheet off the lie that gave us marijuana prohibition. In truth, it turns out 'The Devil Weed' is safer than alcohol. If that shocks you, you better read this book. It could be a game changer."--Mike Gray, author of Drug Crazy: How We Got Into This Mess & How We Can get Out

"As the nation undergoes a shift in its thinking about drug policy, Marijuana is Safer offers a timely and forceful challenge to marijuana criminalization. Anyone with an interest in drug policy, whatever their perspective, should read this important work."--Alex Kreit, Director of the Center for Law and Social Justice, Thomas Jefferson School of Law

"The follies of marijuana prohibition have never been laid bare with more erudition and plain common sense. Marijuana Is Safer: So Why Are We Driving People to Drink? is a book every citizen needs to read, and a question we all have to raise our voices to ask."--Barbara Ehrenreich, bestselling author of Nickel and Dimed: On (Not) Getting By in America and This Land Is Their Land: Reports from a Divided Nation

Transform's latest major publication,

'After the War on Drugs: Blueprint for Regulation' was launched at an event in the House of Commons on the 12th of November 2009, with simultaneous launches taking place in the US, Australia and Mexico.

"This is the most thorough, evidence-based, balanced discussion of how we might move towards a more rational drugs control policy that I have seen. It should be compulsory reading for all our policy makers."

Rod Morgan

Professor Emeritus of Criminal Justice, former HM Chief Inspector of Probation, and Chairman of the Youth Justice Board for England and Wales

"This book presents a starting point for critical healthy debate and discussion about how the global community can learn from the failures of current drug policy and build the next generation of constructive and pragmatic reforms ."

Robin Gorna
Executive Director, International AIDS Society
