IMPORTANT PUBLIC NOTICE
It is with mixed emotions that I must announce my retirement from active practice in Grand County and the closure of Arapaho Chiropractic Center. May 14, 2014 is the last date I will see patients here. It has been a great pleasure providing for your health care needs over the years. It is not easy for me to give it up.
Arapaho Chiropractic Center is the office of Craig Kozak, DC, DABCO. Dr. Kozak is a Board Certified Chiropractic Orthopedist. His practice focuses on the non-surgical management of spine, sports, and other musculoskeletal problems with a progressive, functional, patient-centered, team-based approach.
What does that mean? You get just what you need, not some pre-packaged stuff. Not a Band-Aid -- a real solution. That real solution may be a personalized combination of spinal joint manipulation (chiropractic adjustment), joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise/activities, ergonomic advice, education, corrective exercises, orthotics, therapeutic taping, acupuncture, massage therapy, and more … or an appropriate referral.
Whatever it takes, we want results.
The short answer: you are hurting and you don't know what to do about it.
Here are some examples:
If you want quality, customized care that is more than two minutes of cookie-cutter, whack and crack "chiropractic," call us.
Whatever the problem, if you have pain and can't do what you want call for an appointment today and let us help you get better.
Dr. Kozak does sports medicine and actually does sports! Sports injuries happen - even to the doctor. We know how frustrating it can be to be out of the action. "If it hurts, don't do it" or "Maybe you should slow down" is not acceptable advice. We want to find a way to get you back to your activities as fast as possible and as safely as possible. Sports medicine means treatment specific to your activity to get you ready to be your best - and without nasty re-injuries. You might even be better than before your injury happened. It's happened before: golfers have straightened and lengthened their drive, runners have cut time, skiers have improved control. What would you do if you were better?
Most chiropractors like to see you lots of times. We want to see how few visits can get you back to your life.
Our motto is "As few as possible; as many as necessary."
A lot of people are better in one or two visits. More than five visits is unusual.
How do we do it? We start with a careful, complete exam to find your problem and make sure we treat the right way.
We show you simple, easy things you can do on your own to stay better.
It comes down to this: If you find the right problem, use the right treatment, and do it at the right time, people get better.
That's how we do it.
Don't take our word for it, check out testimonials from other patients here.
