Why are not only Alexander & Rigby allowed to lie to this jury about this but the prosecutor is allowed to use these lies that he knows to be lies in closing arguments? (at TR: 267) “Don’t think for a moment that the sheriff’s office and the police department have not analyzed the situation from view point of officer safety.”  Why yes they have!  And that’s why they DO NOT want to have to knock and/or identify themselves.  Just like in Rigby’s sworn affidavit to the lower court, just like here in Wilson, Buck, White and my Exhibit 6.

And you/the prosecutor nor the police are allowed to lie to the jury about it, like this.
