Land/First Floor Classes
Join a special Strength & Balance class on our first floor. These classes are seated and offer exercises that suit you at your current level. Classes are held in the first floor event room (directly to the right of the main desk). Classes can be attended if not a member for $7 drop-in ($10 for yoga), or you can receive a day pass for $10 if you come with a member, or $15 if you come without a member.

Spinning/Third Floor Studio Classes
Try a class in our third floor studio. We offer Spin Classes and Yoga in this studio. Your first spin class is free. After that, you'll pay $10 drop-in or you can purchase a punch card for $65 for 10 classes (non-member rate) or $50 for 10 classes (member rate).

Swim Lessons

We offer a range of Swim Lessons for all ages. Lessons take place every 6 weeks. A 6-week session costs $58 or $49 for members.

Swim Lessons take place on Monday nights:
  • 6:00-6:30 p.m. 6 months - 2 years (Parents join children)
  • 6:45-7:15 p.m. 2 years - 5 years
  • 7:30-8:00 p.m. 6-12 years (learn techniques)

Personal Training Sessions
Looking for some 1:1 attention? Try setting up an appointment with a personal trainer!

Regardless of age or fitness level, our trainers can help you reach your goals. You can get the results that you want on your preferred time schedule. Our trainers can help you relieve stress, improve posture, tone & firm, improve strength, improve flexibility, lose weight, improve cardiovascular health, strengthen bones, increase motivation, develop a sport-specific workout, and more.

Group Personal Training Classes
Come try a group personal training class with Trainer Sean Madden. These classes are not part of the Aquafit Membership. Your first class is $7. Please pay at the front desk for these classes.

After your first class, you have three options:
  • $12 drop-in per class
  • A 10-class punch card for $100
  • Monthly passes available ($84 for evening boot camp, $56 for circuit training, $56 for Noon boot camp)
