The Project

The objective of the workpackage on Disease and Health Managment (WP5) under the ASEM Aquaculture Platform is to build partnerships between Asia and Europe to work together to improve cultured aquatic animal health and welfare and to address issues of major economic or environmental significance and concern to both regions including diagnosis, preventative measures and treatments.

The activities of this workpackage are guided by an international steering group comprising experts  from a range of organisations and aquatic animal health disciplines. We invite all aquatic animal health professionals to join our Expert Group for knowledge exchange and practical collaborations. We are also keen to work with existing organisations seeking dissemination and partnership opportunities.
