Benz’s work is accepted for publication in Molecular Simulation. This work reports details of interaction between AS1411 aptamer, nucleolin, and doxorubicin which are beneficial for development of anticancer drug. Thanks to all contributors.

This work, we develop a molecular hybrid that exhibits key characteristics from each integrated species. It shows promises on colon cancer treatments.

This work demonstrates that doxorubicin incorporated nucleolin aptamer is specific to colon cancer cells and is non-toxic to normal cells.
