In the summer of 2014,  for my Girl Scout Gold Award Project, I ran a free, weeklong programming camp at the Alpha Public Schools. Since then, I ran three similar camps in 2015 and one more in 2016. All of the camps supported students in underrepresented groups, whether because of their race, gender, or socioeconomic status, who did not see computer science as a part of their futures. I hope that with these camps, I gave them the confidence and inspiration they need to succeed in today's world of technology

July 6-10, 2015: 9am-2pm at Voices College-Bound Language Academy, San Jose
July 13-17, 2015: 2pm-5pm at the Oak Room, Mitchell Park Community Center, Palo Alto
