6.4 Cyber Warfare

Class Outline 
    Stuxnet may be considered as the first Cyber weapon.
    US Government's move to created Cyber Command by defining cyberspace as the fifth domain of warfare after land, sea, air, and space. 
    Many other countries had similar arrangements.
