By installing our mobile applications (Apps) or in any way using or accessing our Services, you accept the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and the processing of your personal data.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

AI features

We are using ChatGPT API for AI features in our apps. Detailed terms and conditions including privacy are included here.

Health information

You are responsible for your own health. We are not a medical organisation and we will not provide you with any medical advice or diagnosis. Information and services made available through the Apps shall solely be used for recreational and educational purposes. Please consult your doctor if you have questions about your medical conditions and whether you could be using our apps. Our Apps are only intended for healthy adults, and please do not use our Apps if you suffer from, or might suffer from, any medical condition that may be impaired. We are not responsible for any personal injury or any other damages that may have been the result, direct or indirect, of any use or misuse of the Apps.

Nutritional information found in our Apps has not been verified, investigated or reviewed by us. We cannot guarantee that the nutritional information provided in our Apps is accurate, reliant or complete.
