DPS Lunch Menu (NOTE: DLS lunch menu may vary slightly)

DLS implemented school uniforms to build school identity and a sense of community. Please see the uniform policy below.

Kindergarten through 4th grade students wear a blue (royal or navy) uniform shirt with the new school logo featuring our mascot, "Flip".
5th and 6th grade students wear a red shirt with our DLS logo.
On bottom we ask that students wear khaki or navy pants, cargo pant, skirt, skorts, shorts or capris. A navy or khaki jumper dress with the school logo can be worn over the school polo shirt or a short or long-sleeved, plain white Peter Pan-collared blouse. (Please note that prior year logos and "vintage" uniforms are still acceptable to wear for the 2014-15 school year.)

The royal blue or red school polo and the jumper with logo can be purchased from Dennis either online, by phone order or in their local store located at 8600 Park Meadows Drive (near I-25 and County Line Road). Learn more at the Dennis Uniforms website. This year we are pleased to announce that you can also order logo shirts from Cookies. The uniform colors will vary depending on which company they are purchased through but it was important for DLS to be able to offer more than one purchasing option. Cookies information is available here.

The navy/khaki pants, shorts, skirts, skorts and capris, and the Peter Pan collared white blouse can be purchased at a store of your choice.

Students can wear any kind or color of close-toed shoes and any pattern, color or design for socks. Girls may wear navy or white leggings or tights under uniform skirts, skorts or shorts. Yoga pants, sweatpants or track pants are not part of the uniform and may not be worn.  Free dress days will be scheduled throughout the year and students may wear what they choose as long as appropriate for school.

Financial assistance is available for uniforms to qualified students.
