• Go to apple.com/recover using your web browser.
• Click on Reset your password option.
• Enter apple id, when asked and click on "Next" button.
• Choose the options given to the screen - Email authentication or Answer Security Questions.
• Then Click Reset Apple Password
• Enter your new password and Click Reset Password option.

How to Reset Icloud password?

• Open the web browser and go to iforgot.apple.com.
• Click 'Reset your password'.
