Apartment house NIKA
You just need some holidays. To relax, have time for your friends and your family. Or you just simply like sun and nicly warm and clean Adriatic sea. You can enjoy all these and more in Apartment house Nika, located just about 150 meters from the seaside in a small, but well known Dalmatian town Sukošan, close to Zadar (just 10 km). It has two large apartments, most suitable for two larger families or a group of up to 10 people in each apartment. Check below to see if the apartments suit your needs.

Apartment NIKA 1: (first floor)
for up to 10 guests in 4 rooms (3 bedrooms: 3, 3, 2 and living room 2), separate kitchen with dinning room, 2 bathrooms with shower, 96 m2, beautiful terrace with sea side view, covered carpark, ...
Apartment NIKA 2: (ground floor)

PARKING IN THE YARD
Both apartments can use the covered car park (min 1 covered per app.). Other can park in the yard.
Also, if you like to barbecue there is a fireplace and a table for parties all guests can enjoy.
The kids like to play in the pool located in the garden behind the house. Children can play in the big fenced garden around the house. (all on your own responsibility)

The beach
You come to Adriatic for sun, seaside, nice water, pleasant staying. Here is all you want. Just about 100 meters from the apartments there is a nice beach where you can enjoy the hot sun and pleasant water. And of course, if you prefer to have a cold drink in a small bar on the beach - it is the right place for you that you can watch your kids playing on a nice playground in the sun while you sit in a shade (with you laptop :) just kidding). You can also do some sports - play beach volleyball, basketball or rent water scooters.

You can also take a walk to the center of Sukošan, visit interesting old town Zadar with its monuments, natural parks Krka or Paklenica, enjoy a fish picnic or a boat trip to Kornati islands and many more. There is so much to see and do, that you will need to come again. Not kidding.
